Service is “ok.” They have no loaners to give so it’s not a “luxurious” service any longer. I get that there is a shortage but to make up for that you’re going to need to step up your customer service, a lot a “luxurious” service any longer. I dropped my car off one morning and the only thing the porter said was, “ Do you have an appointment?” as if I was bothering him. No “ Good Morning welcome BMW of Austin.” He was texting on his phone while I was waiting for him to bring me inside the service area. All around, the staff doesn’t seem happy to be there or that you are there either. I pay for luxury cars on purpose, to enjoy the entire experience. Not this time. More
