That same year we took it to BMW of Austin on McNeil Rd BMW of Austin gets 5 Stars Again! We purchased our pre-owned BMW i3 in February of 2020. That same year we took it to BMW of Austin on McNeil Rd 2 times for routine maintenance. We took it back to BMW of Austin on 12/02/21 for routine service as well as a CEL. The service department is fantastic! Each visit has been stress free and pleasant. These folks have service down to a fine art. They are friendly and professional and they keep the customer “in the loop” at all times via text messaging. Luis P was my service advisor on this latest visit. He was a genuine pleasure. He was very kind, professional, and helpful. When I picked up the car, he took the time to answer a few questions I had regarding the service and he explained to me everything that was done to the car (oil change, new battery install, computer re-programming & warranty replacement of the fuel sensor). Thanks Luis. I will definitely return to BMW of Austin next year for the routine service when needed.
