The used car sale process I experienced was atrocious. Six days after fully paying for the SUV I haven't received a title and all my paperwork shows 141K miles below actual odometer reading. SUV tires were cracked and worn, Maryland State Police deemed they unsafe. The used car service manager stated they passed inspection. I question him, and he's stated if we put new tires on SUV the price would increase. So he placed gains over safety.Wow! I was also profiled on the phone a day prior to purchase and one of their floor manager hung up on me, however, when I went to dealership other mangers and sales people were great. More
