Service rep told me I wasn't covered for things that I was covered for, I called dealership I bought car from and found out i was covered ! When car was new their 'genius' was clueless about the car features. Instead of calling me back he had me drive all the way back to show me " this is switch to push" for a question I had asked about that he didn't know any thing about at the time. More

Wow! Amazing Dealer. They Could not Have Done More! I am a car guy and like to change cars every year or so. It is rare that I take the time to write about a car buying experience when I did not end up I am a car guy and like to change cars every year or so. It is rare that I take the time to write about a car buying experience when I did not end up moving forward, but my experience with this dealership was so positive that I was moved to do so. The deal did not happen only because of my own constraints. Brad the Sales Manager and the whole team went out of there way to do everything within their power to enable me to purchase the vehicle I was seeking. They helped on the financing front, they referred me to an insurance agent that got me a better rate, they priced the car and the trade aggressively. They were responsive and communicative. I wish every dealer experience could be like my experience at BMW of Atlantic City. I will be back and next time I will make the deal happen, these guys are gentlemen and professionals. Thank you Brad and team! More

Worst experience ever I bought a used 2015 Honda Pilot at BMW of Atlantic City and I am still waiting for my license plate. There was an issue with my driver's license bec I bought a used 2015 Honda Pilot at BMW of Atlantic City and I am still waiting for my license plate. There was an issue with my driver's license because my address was not up to date. Initially, I did point this out to the salesperson (Mike) in case I needed other documents to support my new address. Mike told me it would be okay and I didn't have to worry about it. On top of that, after purchasing the car, I was given only one key and was never told the other key was missing. I asked for the other key and Mike told me "it shouldn't cost me that much money to purchase a copy." At that point, I realized I couldn't do much but I was frustrated because he could have at least told me from the beginning. Weeks later, I'm driving around with an expired license plate because they couldn't process my paperwork due to my driver's license not having an updated address. I called the dealer and spoke with Mike who said he called me a few times (which I have no history of his call on my phone). So, I call the dealership to get updates on my license plate and keep getting transferred and end up with a voicemail every time I call the dealership. When I finally got help, it's from an operator name Rachel who was the only one who actually helped me. I live an hour away so it's hard to go to the dealer and check on the status. Mike became unresponsive and I'm just very frustrated at this point. It's been almost a month now and I'm still waiting for my license plate. More

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I talked to the salesman and stated I was 3 HOURS away so I told him what my price budget was and then I put an offer on a CPO BMW 4 series vehicle. The salesman said YES come over we would make that happen. So and my wife and I made the 3 hour drive down there. I got there and the price was completely different to what we agreed upon. They had even raised it because They found out it needs 2 new rims. They knew I was driving for 3 hours and the DISRESPECTFULY LIED TO US. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!. NEVER AGAIN! More
