David Martin did his best to understand my unique circumstance and help me weigh options that fit my needs. He and Eric Mahan evaluated my trade in, gave me a fair price, and didn't say 'they told me so' about making the trade earlier (and they really could have!). David Martin particularly has been wonderful, customer service plus, someone I really connected with and made the experience FUN and EXCITING for a committment of this scale and duration. He really focused on how I used the car, what I planned to do in the future (start a family), and made sure I got the "best" car for my needs and budget. David and Eric have gone through the same scenarios with me on the same cars so many times, and have been courteous and professional each and every time. When I finally made the decision to lease a 2008 328i at the very end of the business day on Friday night, the whole team worked together efficiently and with a level of service that is atypical and refreshing from a car dealership, in order for me to drive home my new 'baby' that night. I am so excited about the choice in both car, people, and dealership--it couldn't have been smoother or better. I only wish the rating scale above had an opportunity for 5 plus or 6's, because that is truly the experience I received. Thank you! More
