I engaged this dealer regarding a preowned BMW on their lot. I dealt with no less than three different salesmen who, I found in the end, were each promising me different things for the price they were off lot. After driving two hours they obviously knew they had me in a corner because they wouldn't do anything to even remotely appease my concerns. After picking up the car in the dark and driving it home I noticed a tire had a bulge in the sidewall. I contacted the dealer who made it clear it wasn't their problem because it went though the certification process and could have happened on the way home. Knowing I didn't hit any potholes, I looked closer at the preowned listing photos which very clearly showed the bulge if you knew what you were looking for. With this info the dealer was still less than helpful getting the issue fixed, telling me it wasn't a problem and I shouldn't worry about it. After calling BMW corporate and complaining, and seemingly endless conversations with the general manager, they reluctantly agreed to replace the two matching tires and have a local dealer perform the work. If all this weren't enough, the dealer hadn't disclosed to me that the car was previously used as a manager demo and had an additional 5,000 miles on the warranty; both facts would have been extremely nice to know. Between all this, the obvious lying on the certification report,and the salesman's incompetence and refusal to fix even my phone number they mistyped when registering my car, I would highly recommend avoiding this dealer at all costs for everything. This time around we decided that we wanted a 2014 ~ 640XI, which was a totally different look than the one we were trading in. The dealership had to locate the color we wanted with the options we chose and were able to actually find one at another of their stores for us. Since this was the start of the 2014 run, we felt fortunate that there was no long wait. Our salesman, Brian Cronin, was extremely familiar with the features of this vehicle and was very patient in going over each and every feature on the car with us. Since this vehicle does about everything except brew our coffee for us, you can imagine, he put in quite a bit of time showing us how it works from front to back. Thank you, BMW of Atlantic City for helping us find our new car and making this a nice shopping experience! More
The sales rep and the lease manager were acting like they were doing us a favor with leasing the car. When we asked a question, it seemed like an effort to answer. We called ahead and told the sales rep that we could not get to the dealership until after 7:00. Could he have all of the paperwork drawn up with the numbers we agreed on, so all we needed to do was sign, pay the down payment and taxes and take delivery of the car. The paperwork was not ready and when I asked if he received my message, the attitude came out. He pretty much was telling me that I was late and he wanted to go home. My husband and I have leased and purchased many cars and have NEVER been treated with such disregard. I would never refer anyone to this dealership. More

Each time we call, the agency is very courteous and accomodating, fitting us right in for a service appoint our 750i BMW relating to service issues. On February 28, 2013, I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i X-Drive from this dealer - nothing but a superior car shopping experience. I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I was surfing on Autotrader.com which lead me to BMW of Atlantic City (after I was unable to close a deal with two other dealers). The business finance manager, Brad Ritenour, is from the Pittsburgh area originally. Brad actually drove the BMW to me in Pittsburgh and drove my trade back to Atlantic City, NJ. I’m sure that they cannot offer this service all of the time; however, it was greatly appreciated. Brad was a true professional for sure and was extremely knowledgeable about the BMW product. We actually did the F & I paperwork in my kitchen. Brad saved me valuable time as the dealership is a 6 hour trip one way from Pittsburgh. I was a little leery of buying a car that I did not view. Frankly, I was concerned about buying a car out of NJ due to the hurricane and flooding. I worked with Art McGuigan over the phone. I am a pain to deal with because I am not only a driving enthusiast, but I am also a perfectionist – I don’t like door dents, scuffed wheels, tires not matching, etc. The website’s description about the car was spot-on. Art knowledgably answered all of my questions – we talked frequently on the phone. Art had patience with me. Once the BMW showed up at my residence, the car was as pristine as advertised. My plates arrived via Fed Ex yesterday. When my wife is in the market for a new vehicle (whenever she decides to part ways with her aging Escalade), our car search will start with BMW of Atlantic City. Wanting to be loyal customers, my husband and I drove 6.5 hours to purchase a car from this dealership. After arriving, we were told that the car we wanted had been sold the evening before. Arthur then insisted we test drive 3 cars we were completely not interested. After wasting both his time and ours, we drove a car similar to the one we had made the trip for. We did purchase this car. (I was ready to leave, I loved our other BMW. ) it has now been 2 months and we have still not received our license plates or registration. We have called the dealership several times and get attitude each time we call. This experience has been so horrible that I have considered never buying another BMW. I had a better car shopping experience when I had $5000 to spend on my first car. More
I went to BMW of Atlantic city after going to over 8 dealers in two states and they by far were the most professional, friendliest and honest people to work with. They answered all of questions and addressed any concerns we had. I bought a 2009 X5 for a great price and the car is in immaculate condition. I couldn't be happier with my decision and will be back in a few years to buy my husband his 5 series. More
Recently had the pleasure of switching back to a BMW from a Mercedes. Stopped by Atlantic City BMW and got an excellent deal on a brand new X series. I have to say that the guys in Atlantic City in their Brand New building have a great attitude and have truly proven that customers come 1st. The General Manager - Mario Clementoni is a fantastic guy who is personable, friendly and always steps up to help a customer. Eric Mahan (Sales Manager) is accommodating, persistent and tells it like it is. My Salesman - Pete Ballias knows BMW's inside and out, he is an enthusiast and appreciates the cars he sells. I highly recommend you stop by and see these guys before you buy anywhere else. More

Omar Cruz (Technician / Mechanic) is a young guy with a wealth of knowledge and a great attitude. I see him as being a Service Manager someday with his integrity and willingness to assure customer satisfaction. Plainly stated: "The kid is a good wrench". Service Manager: Tony Martins has an open door policy and made time for any of my needs without any hassle whatsoever. He's always on the go and if you can catch him on the lot or in Service - he's happy to help. A very high energy kind of guy. The New Service Dept. is top notch and with a young, knowledgeable, high energy staff... I believe your car is in good hands. More
Brian and Eric went above and beyond the call of duty to insure that my wife and I got the best deal possible and were very friendly and knowledgable about the New 2012 5 series I bought from them.
