Great First Impression - highly recommend! Just bought my brand new BMW X1 in August 2016. This was the first routine maintenance for the vehicle. Had no problem making an appt on a Saturday. W Just bought my brand new BMW X1 in August 2016. This was the first routine maintenance for the vehicle. Had no problem making an appt on a Saturday. When I got there, I met Jennifer my service advisor. She was very friendly and professional. She also informed me of a recall that needed done. She asked if they could keep the vehicle 'til Monday to complete the routine maintenance and recall. I said it wasn't a problem. Asked if I needed a loaner - I did not but it was nice to be asked so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Much to my surprise, I got a call later that day and my vehicle was finished. Went to pick it up and it was washed - nice added touch! Great first experience with BMW of Atlantic City's service dept. It has been a pleasure to do business with them on both the sales and now service end. BTW - Ron Solt is a wonderful salesman, be sure to ask for him! Thanks Ron and Jennifer - you're the best!!
