Day of purchase, everything was supposed to be ready for signatures. Nope. Spent hours still waiting for paperwork. Trade-in wasn’t properly processed and add-ons added to sale with numbers other than what was quoted. 30 days later, no perm registration, temp tags about to expire. Hung up on multiple times when I try to call. Voicemail boxes full and can’t leave messages. Finally reach a handful of the folks from the sale via email. Emails not returned. Texts ignored. Promised a second set of temp tags that aren’t sent out. Promised again that they’ll be overnighted and again the deadline isn’t met. ...the reason I’m given why no one among the half dozen people I’ve at this point interacted with can coordinate a new temp tag/FedEx label/phone call in a timely manner is that they’re short a manager... I should have just bought a car from the dealership 30 mins closer. Never again with this dealership. More
Top of the Line Sales Person and Dealership! I am so thankful for the professionalism of the BMW of Atlantic City sales person who assisted me in the purchase of my new car! I could not be more happy ab thankful for the professionalism of the BMW of Atlantic City sales person who assisted me in the purchase of my new car! I could not be more happy about the car I purchased, but I really want to sing the praises of sales person Mark Kaminski! I found the car I wanted online and called the dealership. They set up an appointment for me within the hour and had their sales person Mark call me to verify my appointment. On the way to the showroom I had forgotten my mask and texted Mark and he had one waiting for me upon my arrival. The car was just what I wanted, the price was even a little better than what I was anticipating, and Mark's expertise, experienced demeanor, and professionalism made the entire purchase both comfortable and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of speaking with other employees at BMW of Atlantic City and found them all to be polite, positive, and professional. I remember one of other sales persons I talked with named Michael was extremely friendly even though his was not my sales person. The friendliness of the entire staff at this dealership was extremely reassuring, but the deal, and the way that my salesperson (client advisor), Mike Kaminski worked with me convinced me that I came to the right place to purchase my new car! I had shopped around at two other dealerships before I landed at BMW of Atlantic City and I can honestly say that it would be difficult to find a more warm, friendly, and professional dealership! On Saturday, February 13, 2021 at approximately 10:30am, I corresponded via email with Sean Maldonado, Internet Sales Specialist. Toward this end, I made a cash offer on a pre-owned 2015 Honda CRV. Furthermore, I indicated that I was prepared to visit the dealership on the same day to finalize the purchase if the dealership accepted my offer. Sadly, (one may say rudely) I never heard back from the dealership with respect to whether or not my offer was accepted. To add further injury to insult, at 2:17pm I received the following email correspondence from Matthew Yacoub, Sales Manager, "...a courtesy email to remind you of your plans to visit BMW of Atlantic City on 2/13/2021 at 2:30 PM to see the Honda CR-V..." The 2:30pm appointment was never discussed or confirmed. Talk about being extremely disorganized...or in other words, an absolutely sophomoric situation with most the important focal point being ignored - the Customer. In sum, BMW of Atlantic City actions were highly incongruous with their professed principles of business. High end customer service was not experienced at this "high end" dealership. MY wife owns a 2018 X3 which requires new breaks. BMW of AC could not get the wheel locks off. Two weeks ago she was told by the service department that equipment was ordered from NY to remove the lock. A AC could not get the wheel locks off. Two weeks ago she was told by the service department that equipment was ordered from NY to remove the lock. After numerous calls a week later she was told the equipment had not arrived. Now 2 weeks later she has not been contacted regarding the job. Poor communication, service and consideration. This is the 2nd bad experience here. Not sure how or why this would be a standard of service in anyone's mind. More
I purchased a 2018 540ix in July 2020. It is now Dec 2020 and still no title or registration. This experience leaves me very fearful of doing business with this dealership again. Shocking response from sales rep - very asymmetric I sent a request to the dealer looking for a 2019 330i xdrive. Julia replied that they only had 2020, 2017 and 2013 and did I like the 2020s. I went online and looked at the 2020 330's and prices, entered the mileage and features in KBB and received a price range that was $8 to $10k less than their list price. I replied asking why their prices were so high and they were asking for M-package prices and I copied a nearby BMW Mpkg with similar miles that was the same price. I then made a remark that we all have access to the internet so it is not hard to look up prices. She replied with a nasty "SIR, I don't set prices and of course I know what the internet is" and that was it. Julia, just so you know, the proper answer is something like "Mr. A. I understand. Perhaps you did not catch all of the options this vehicle has, here is the correct KBB value. Please let me know if you want to test drive the vehicle" Dave More
Great experience with this dealership. I saw a 340 I like over the weekend, left a message expressing interest. Got a call back at 8 am, Monday morning. I drove from manhattan 2 hours in my leased car, like over the weekend, left a message expressing interest. Got a call back at 8 am, Monday morning. I drove from manhattan 2 hours in my leased car, with 3 months left. I didn't expect to drive home that day in the 340. The guys worked it out and took care of my lease. They even stay late to finish the paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin, Patrick and Dan. Two thumbs up! More

I recently brought my 2015 328i x drive in for a ConnectedDrive issue. They were thorough in their review with me as to what the issue was and got it resolved with BMW NA.
