The last day of April, I purchased a BWM out of state with CASH. It is now June and I have not received any documentation of proof of purchase nor the title. I have experience buying cars out of state with CASH. It is now June and I have not received any documentation of proof of purchase nor the title. I have experience buying cars out of state without problems. Not so with this dealership. I have had to follow up multiple times to get responses and all I get are excuses. This was a simple transaction that turned out to be a horrible experience. I scheduled my own freight through my own local dealership, with no help from this dealership. And although funds were wired weeks ago, I do not have any proper documentation. So I cannot even get a license for my car or pay taxes at the DMW. Soon I will be fined for not paying. Run away from this dealership as no one seems to know what is going on, nor do they care. I hope I do not need to take legal action against them for something that should have been a simple procedure. More

Top of the Line Sales Person, Dealership, and Service Center! Part One: I am so thankful for the professionalism of the BMW of Atlantic City sales person who assisted me in the purchase of my new car! I Center! Part One: I am so thankful for the professionalism of the BMW of Atlantic City sales person who assisted me in the purchase of my new car! I could not be more happy about the car I purchased, but I really want to sing the praises of sales person Mark Kaminski! I found the car I wanted online and called the dealership. They set up an appointment for me within the hour and had their sales person Mark call me to verify my appointment. On the way to the showroom I had forgotten my mask and texted Mark and he had one waiting for me upon my arrival. The car was just what I wanted, the price was even a little better than what I was anticipating, and Mark's expertise, experienced demeanor, and professionalism made the entire purchase both comfortable and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of speaking with other employees at BMW of Atlantic City and found them all to be polite, positive, and professional. I remember one of the other sales persons I talked with named Michael was extremely friendly, going out of his way to be kind to me, even though he was not my sales person. The friendliness of the entire staff at this dealership was extremely reassuring, but the deal, and the way that my salesperson (client advisor), Mike Kaminski worked with me convinced me that I came to the right place to purchase my new car! I had shopped around at two other dealerships before I landed at BMW of Atlantic City and I can honestly say that it would be difficult to find a more warm, friendly, and professional dealership! Part Two: After my purchase of the preowned vehicle, the service center assisted in fixing a few items that they identified on the car that needed repair or fine tuning. Robert H. oversaw the entire process from start to finish to make sure the car was without issue before finally releasing the car to me. It took a while, but Robert was polite, persistent and professional in communicating with me on the progress of the repairs and emphasizing that he did not want to give me the car until all of the outstanding issues were corrected by BMW of Atlantic City. Robert even road tested the car by driving it home and then back to the Service Center the next day to make sure all of his concerns with the vehicle were fixed properly. As far as I am concerned, he treated my newly purchased preowned car as if it was his own! Robert, thank you so much for your attentiveness to detail, persistence, and professionalism in working to the best of your ability on my behalf! I am an extremely satisfied customer of the BMW of Atlantic City Dealership and Service Center. I highly recommend BMW of Atlantic City to anyone looking to purchase a new BMW, or any make or model of a preowned car, and for anyone needing to get a car serviced! Top notch all the way around!
