My service person was in my opinion Inexperienced. He would not contact the insurance company to see if my tires were covered. He just said they weren’t and that’s it. I waited over an hour and he finally told me that they didn’t have one tire. The next day I called him twice and he said he would call me back but he didn’t. Finally at 5:55 he called and said that the car was ready but he was leaving at 6 and I was an hour away. I spent almost $1400 and didn’t get the professionalism I received in the past and from other dealers. Disappointed and broke$$ More
