I did the online quote for the value of my vehicle on their website. After I uploaded the information, I immediately received a call for the quote from BMW from a David Hernandez from sales. He was telli their website. After I uploaded the information, I immediately received a call for the quote from BMW from a David Hernandez from sales. He was telling me how much my car was worth. He said from $14,000 to $16,000 and I should bring it in immediately. Because they are in desperate need of used vehicles. He also said they are paying top dollar for trade-ins. So within the next business day, I immediately drove the vehicle up there so they can inspect it and give me a proper quote. My Vehicle is almost near perfect condition. So I was expecting to be on the higher end of the quote. After I got to the dealership and they inspected the vehicle, they gave me a value of my car for $3000. .lol. The vehicle has a $14,000 value from Kelley blue book. And the sales manager said who told you it was worth 14,000 and then Mr. Hernandez started lying and said it was someone else from sales. It was completely unprofessional, almost as if they are trying to scam their clients in to coming in for false values of the vehicle. They wasted 4 hours of my day for no reason. This place is very unprofessional, and I do not recommend it. Please avoid the scams from this dealership. More
