I used the apps option to ask if the car was still available, after having been to the dealership & not finding the vehicle on the lot. The car ( a Honda Element) was still showing on the app, so I in available, after having been to the dealership & not finding the vehicle on the lot. The car ( a Honda Element) was still showing on the app, so I inquired about it’s availability. They sent me the same link to the vehicle I had already seen. No answer as to whether it was still available. I replied that I had seen the ad & been to the lot & not found the car there. I asked for a simple yes or no & they responded asking for my phone number. I advised them that I was only interested in the Element, not looking to have them try to sell me a different vehicle. They still pressed for my phone number without answering if the Element was still available. I advised them again that I had no interest in receiving a call if the car was not available. I was told that “it had been available, but someone was test driving it right now”. I’m not interested in high pressure from sales people. This dealership couldn’t just say,”sorry, that vehicle is sold”. They pushed for a phone number. Why? So they can try to sell me something other than what I was interested in? No thanks. I won’t be returning to this dealership. More

Picked up BMW from the collision center and the windows no longer operate. The window controls now operate the exterior mirrors. There was no damage to this area of the vehicle. In addition the "low coolan no longer operate. The window controls now operate the exterior mirrors. There was no damage to this area of the vehicle. In addition the "low coolant" warning light is on. The coolant reservoir has an adequate amount of coolant, not leaking either. It took the Atlantic City BMW center 12 weeks to repair the vehicle when it should have been 3 weeks. The center and dealership avoids answering the phones. If you are considering doing business with this dealership please know it will be a frustrating and stressful experience. More
The service department is top notch! I had an oil change and rear brake pads replaced; the price was very comparable to that of my non-BMW mechanic. Bought a certified BMW X3 from this dealer. Drove it home (I live in Massachusetts) and the brake light came on. Turns out the car not only was low on brake fluid but needed the 3 year oil flush. Disappoint (I live in Massachusetts) and the brake light came on. Turns out the car not only was low on brake fluid but needed the 3 year oil flush. Disappointed they missed this during their "rigorous" certification process. Since I live out of state, I had to have the service done at my local BMW dealer in MA (BMW Peabody, highly recommend). This wasn't covered under certification so I paid $143 out of pocket, which BMW Atlantic City finally said they'd reimburse. Weeks turned to months and I never received that check. More
Same problem as previous out of state person below who purchased car and got no response and no registration in mail. My temporary plate expired and they just ignore me. Dealer said they would handle everything since I live in Pennsylvania. They ignored me and my temporary plates expired September 11, 2021. Still waiting for response, this dealer is terrible. More

On June 21,2021 I leased a car from this dealership. I was told that I would receive my license plate in about 3 weeks. After waiting the 3 weeks I repeatedly called and asked for general mgr who never re was told that I would receive my license plate in about 3 weeks. After waiting the 3 weeks I repeatedly called and asked for general mgr who never returned my call. I spoke with many sales mgrs who said they would give him my message. On 7/14 I was told there was a problem with the agency never paying a tax needed as I was an out of state resident. I should mention that all of my signed papers stated that I was a resident of Florida. I was then told it would take another 3 weeks. On 8/3 I phoned and sales mgr that another paper was needed to be signed. I came in to the dealership and signed those papers on 8/5/21. On 8/9/21 I finally received a call from the general Mgr. That is 7 weeks after my leasing of my car. I feel I am not the only person from out of state that has leased a new car from this dealership. You would think they would know what taxes and papers were needed in order for me to receive my license plate.Still waiting for my license plate as the temporary one expired 7/21/21. They said not to worry they would pay the ticket if I got one for expired plate. More
