I went for an oil and filter change at 9:45am at 4:30 no one had let me know anything about my car, so I called Jennifer and told me she was going to call me back. Never called me, I stopped by at 5:30 to p one had let me know anything about my car, so I called Jennifer and told me she was going to call me back. Never called me, I stopped by at 5:30 to pick up my car, and it wasn’t ready. Jennifer was not there and everyone from service had left, thank God the service manager was there and was able to give me my car. But Jennifer is very unprofessional. You don’t have to get everything they “recommend” it’s up to you, it is your car and your money. Some people there are decent but don’t leave your car with Jennifer at BMW of EHT. More
