After 21 years as a loyal BMW owner, this is the first time I’ve ever said I will not purchase another BMW — and it’s entirely due to the service experience at BMW of Atlantic City under Service Manager S time I’ve ever said I will not purchase another BMW — and it’s entirely due to the service experience at BMW of Atlantic City under Service Manager Standwood Martin. I just got off the phone with him, and rather than calling to check in about my vehicle, he called solely to ask when he could get “his” loaner car back — despite BMW Corporate telling me earlier today to keep the loaner because they’re covering the repair. When I clarified that, he became condescending and dismissive. This attitude perfectly sums up the service culture here over the last two years: unprofessional, unhelpful, and the opposite of what you’d expect from a “luxury” brand. The department feels more like a used car operation than a BMW Service Center. After two decades of driving BMWs, I’ll be moving to another brand — not because of the car, but because I refuse to continue dealing with a service department that treats loyal customers this way. I went for an oil and filter change at 9:45am at 4:30 no one had let me know anything about my car, so I called Jennifer and told me she was going to call me back. Never called me, I stopped by at 5:30 to pick up my car, and it wasn’t ready. Jennifer was not there and everyone from service had left, thank God the service manager was there and was able to give me my car. But Jennifer is very unprofessional. You don’t have to get everything they “recommend” it’s up to you, it is your car and your money. Some people there are decent but don’t leave your car with Jennifer at BMW of EHT. More

Transparent process, great staff, professional work. I have always had great experiences here. They charge dealership prices but I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.
