I would give zero stars if possible. Our encounter with the service department was so disappointing. We brought our car in because we suspected an issue with the wheel sensor. Initial diagnostic testing was run, and the service advisor, Jennifer, called to request an additional 3 hours of diagnostics for over $800. We asked repeatedly for the mechanic to just look at the wheel sensor but they wouldn't do it. Additionally, Jennifer was extremely difficult to get in touch with. Receiving a return phone call from her was never in a timely fashion. After 3 days of back and forth and not getting any work done on the vehicle, we ended up having the car towed to a private BMW repair shop where the mechanic there determined that the issue was indeed, the wheel sensor. Our new mechanic then proceeded to call BMW of Atlantic City service department to tell them that they could have helped us if they just listened. Then he asked to purchase the replacement part from them, and the service team there told him they would charge him $5000 for a part that costs $900. What a shady business operation! Be advised, if you're going to service your BMW, GO ELSEWHERE!!! More

BMW ofA C is a great place to buy and service a car. I purchased two cars there and yesterday I had a flat tire and was given a free tow and free Uber Ride to the dealership.
