I’ve been a customer at BMW of Atlantic City for almost 20 years! And just like my early experiences, my latest this weekend was the easiest and actually enjoyable! The entire experience at BMW of Atlantic City was fantastic. From start to finish. Mark who I’ve worked with over the years is a fantastic salesman and so easy to work with! Joe Z is a true gentleman and I appreciated his honesty and helping me get in the car that I desired with numbers that worked for me! The best part is everybody was so friendly, and even dealing with the paperwork was fast and easy! And I’ve always appreciated getting my Cars serviced at BMW of Atlantic City especially working with Jennifer in the service department because it’s always been so easy and courteous. All in all I gotta say over the years I’ve always appreciated the entire staff at BMW of Atlantic City and my latest experience didn’t disappoint… Thank you! I will be back! More

Everything there is overpriced. The parts the services, everything! Something that would take roughly an hour to fix they’d lie to you and say it took 2 hours because they charge $2 The parts the services, everything! Something that would take roughly an hour to fix they’d lie to you and say it took 2 hours because they charge $225 per hour for labor. Avoid going there at all costs. There are other shops out there that can work on BMW and do a great job without always trying to rip you off. I walked in there needing 4 services done and was quoted $440 by Bryan for labor. I ended up only getting one service done and still got charged $449 for the labor. He said he was gonna work with me and give me a discount, it was all xx. He was supposed to call me but never did. They are all legit scammers and will bleed you dry. Your car will get there in great condition, as soon as it gets to their shop, suddenly everything is wrong with the car and they present you with an estimate of thousands of dollars. You can get the same quality of work elsewhere for half the cost. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! More
