I arrived at the BMW dealership around 9:15 this morning, not knowing what to expect because it was my first time there.. I checked in with Jennifer Merrifield who would later become very helpful. He was fantastic to talk to. My wait time was longer than expected, but it was OK. I had 2 cups of coffee, and I was offered Dunkin’ Donuts. I did like, that. My overall experience at BMW was good. Extremely Unpleasant overall experience. !! I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 vehicle in April and in less than 6 months it needed a major part replaced. It was leaking Coolant. A part that I have pr !! I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 vehicle in April and in less than 6 months it needed a major part replaced. It was leaking Coolant. A part that I have proof was already replaced less than a year ago at another BMW location. I purchased the extra Gold Coverage Plan at time of sale and this part that needed to be replaced was Not covered. So 2421 dollars later. The salesman Bill whom I purchased the car from agreed I should not have had to replace the part but was of absolute zero assistance.!! I've had the car for less than 6 months.! Jennifer from the service department said the part has no warranty from being done November 2023. And basically said either replace it or I need to return the loaner. I had a loaner for 16 days. Prior to returning the loaner I washed, vacuumed filled the gas tank and windshield wiper fluid (they gave it to me with low fluid). I received my vehicle unwashed, not vacuumed or cleaned whatsoever AND on top of that my driver side leather seat now has a scratch and two knife cuts on it plus additional dents and black marks on the same side of the vehicle. The salesman Bill said Hello and walked right past me in the service department didn't even address me with anything that I've been dealing with. I now have to take more time off of work and go back an hour away to have them repair the damages. Damages that they did and where not there when I dropped it off. Jennifer said the black marks (that are not coming off) must be dirt from driving home. She had an answer for everything. And Bill had zero answers. Sooo next I'm driving, almost home, an hour away and a message popped up that I needed to add a quart of oil immediately. Why wasn't that most importantly checked and filled.?? Texted Bill he said to come back if I could, I could not. Jennifer said I told you you needed an oil change. I bought the car in April it's under 6 months,,,, I shouldn't need an oil change ?? Like seriously you can't make this up.! Everything has been handled extremely poorly.! I am beyond disappointed. I am beyond disheartened. I will never recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this location. More
