First time at this location customer service in the front okay the employees in the back physically handling the car hands on was not acceptable the key was misplaced/lost, the car was left outside after a t okay the employees in the back physically handling the car hands on was not acceptable the key was misplaced/lost, the car was left outside after a tire change, requested to see the tire in question in person to see the nail that was claimed to puncture the tire, did not end up seeing the punctured tire as in the video that was taken the nail looked to be a rock/stone not acceptable on all parties part, the car was left dirty all around the new tire with a white substance splattered all around it and onto the car the employee expected us to take the car with us in that condition customer service said they washed the outside of the car twice plus vacuumed inside they did not wash it even once got the car back after 4 hours to have the car still dirty on the outside not washed only the tires cleaned and the vacuum job left more dust and particles inside then before vacuumed the workers who physically handle the car in the garage at this location do not do as the customer service representatives claim clearly there is a disconnect and lack of communication at this location what is suppose to be done as stated by CSR is not what you get due to the service preformed by the maintenance team in the garage that is physically hands on handling the cars More
