Scheduled an appt 2 weeks in advance for a 75K mile service along with checking a sensor light on the dash. Brought the vehicle in at 8:30am leaving it for pickup for eod. 3pm there was no communicatio service along with checking a sensor light on the dash. Brought the vehicle in at 8:30am leaving it for pickup for eod. 3pm there was no communication so I called to get an update. Service advisor said he would talk to the foreman. Received a text message at 3:38pm saying "at this point in our day.. Anything that hasn't made it into the shop or been completed will be carrying over until tomorrow. Picked up vehicle at closing (5pm) with no work completed. Terrible communication by service advisor. I am a 15+ yr customer. More
