Since this visit included what most likely is a small issue, there’s a warning light, Stan and Scott addressed my concern immediately here, so the day I have a small issue with my brake emergency lights staying on there is the promise to keep my vehicle safe. The other benefit of BMW repair is financing, so, with my vehicle budget in mind. I promise each service member, shop foreman Albert, service advisor (recommended) Scott, service manager Stan, parts department specialist Jonathan, parts department specialist Connor are loyal to the brand, customer, and the business they work in every day. I am pleased with car sales Mark K. for walking in and out to provide a great line of “how can we find something you’d like to see in our stock for a future purchase?” Sounds like a great company because everyone else would agree. I took my leased BMW in today and they told me today was my last complimentary old change. That is false considering the lease agreement stated for the 3 years it would be covered.
