The salespeople are very friendly. The people in the service department, while friendly, are focused on selling as well. I was told I needed a full set of tires upon checking in, although it was never mentioned on the service video we received. I was sold a “deal” on oil changes without being told much about it. When I said I didn’t want it, I was told it was already processed and couldn’t be undone. When I asked to speak to the service manager, I was told he was on a Zoom call. All I wanted was an oil change. After 3 1/2 hours, I was ready to get out of there. More

Rip off, we cheat’em and how. I was suppose to get a 49 dollar oil change and filter and a free inspection. I also needed two simple filters, an air filter and a cabin filter.I wa I was suppose to get a 49 dollar oil change and filter and a free inspection.
