Started with free diagnostic.. ended with a check engine light on and a car thats having a hard time starting .. I only drove my car home and one other place that was less than 10 miles. I don’t know what they did to my car but it drives horrible and feels as if it wanna break down. Took it back and asked them to check. Of course they gave the option to pay $1000 for something that they did. I regret going on… this has been a nightmare. My car is trash now because of this place. And Renee was VERY rude . More

First, started with a free diagnostic. I received a confirmation email thanking me for my free diagnostics. My car was scheduled for a specific date, and I dropped my car off a day ahead ( I received a confirmation email thanking me for my free diagnostics. My car was scheduled for a specific date, and I dropped my car off a day ahead (as requested by BMW). My car wasn’t touched for over 7 days. After calling, BMW finally had Jeff call me back. Jeff told me he would check into the situation and call me right back. He never called, but sent a text saying I can text this number for any questions or concerns…ummm, ok. After another 3-4 days pass, I had to call BMW back to demand an answer. When I arrive to pickup my vehicle, they tried to charge me for a service they provided for free. After I avoided that issue (and BIG SHOUTOUT to MARCUS for staying professional and helping me out) they send me a link for a survey with my name misspelled in the email. If you didn’t already mistreat me, my name was the cherry on the topping. Never cared about my issue, never treated my issue as urgent, left my vehicle in the same spot it was towed in. Funny, bc I found another dealership that handled my issue on the spot. Treated me with respect, and it wasn’t forced. I understand Arlington BMW is a small dealership, which should make more sense on why you shouldn’t have an issue with providing outstanding customer service. More
