While I'm extremely pleased with the Oil Change and Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months. The need for the change should have been noticed during the prior visit. I get it that the oil was drained in March (99K miles) due to another issue. Still the "math isn't mathing". Luckily, I had time for the appointment, but that's not always the case. Nevertheless, I will continually use BMW of Arlington. More
