They were asked let down the back middle headrest that was stuck, instead they broke the headrest behind the driver’s seat. Threw the broken parts on my backseat and sent me a bill for over $600. While I'm extremely pleased with the Oil Change and Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months. The need for the change should have been noticed during the prior visit. I get it that the oil was drained in March (99K miles) due to another issue. Still the "math isn't mathing". Luckily, I had time for the appointment, but that's not always the case. Nevertheless, I will continually use BMW of Arlington. More
