They were asked let down the back middle headrest that was stuck, instead they broke the headrest behind the driver’s seat. Threw the broken parts on my backseat and sent me a bill for over $600. I am always treated well. Service check-in is quick and easy. Andy was nice salesman , but the sales manager lied to me about my three free oil change when I went to buy the bmw x7… after I got to location to buy the vehicle he said he didn’t know how he was going to f about my three free oil change when I went to buy the bmw x7… after I got to location to buy the vehicle he said he didn’t know how he was going to fit it in the deal after I had drove 50 miles and he told ANDY that it was included in deal! While I'm extremely pleased with the Oil Change and Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months Inspection service received today and the professionalism from the service rep, I'm not as pleased by the fact that I had to return within two months. The need for the change should have been noticed during the prior visit. I get it that the oil was drained in March (99K miles) due to another issue. Still the "math isn't mathing". Luckily, I had time for the appointment, but that's not always the case. Nevertheless, I will continually use BMW of Arlington. More
