Spoke with your used car sales Manager but stated the same thing as the salesman. Took too long to reach out and came across a bit codescending and felt like I was being called a liar. For future reference, salespeople need to be trained to follow up with customers trying to reach out instead of not making an effort. This is a car that my daughter drives and it’s not a safe car. Not sure why I spoke with with someone if no help would be offered.
