I had an oil change and battery replacement done, it took a total of 4.5 hours. Originally told 3 hours and on top of that Sovann, my advisor added a miscellaneous fee to my total and then proceeded to say t a total of 4.5 hours. Originally told 3 hours and on top of that Sovann, my advisor added a miscellaneous fee to my total and then proceeded to say that she gave me discount. How did you give me discount when you added a miscellaneous fee to my total? Also when I was walking back up to her desk to talk about it, she was calling another customer names. This place is a joke. I’ll stick to my original BMW location, at least that don’t lie and add miscellaneous fees to service and say they have a discount. And I don’t know if they even changed my oil, the check engine light is still on and this message still shows as I was driving off. More
