My initial sales interactions with Andreas and the sales manager at BMW of Arlington were positive, and I was pleased with how the buying process was handled. However, my experience quickly took a turn for manager at BMW of Arlington were positive, and I was pleased with how the buying process was handled. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The first red flag arose when I received my new $100k car with an empty gas tank. Additionally, upon inspecting the car more thoroughly at home, I discovered scratches on the window. Though they promptly ordered the necessary parts and set up an appointment to replace the window, the next set of issues emerged. When dropping off my vehicle, I observed two people getting into my car to move it, which seemed unnecessary and unsettling. Upon picking up my car after the window replacement, I found multiple scratches on the door caused by the mechanic while removing the panel. Furthermore, during inspection with the service manager, we discovered another window with scratches that need replacement. My disappointment grew as I uncovered additional damage caused by the mechanic's lack of proper protection of plastics and paint while using a pry tool. Three new scratches on the hood, not present when I dropped off the vehicle, were also disheartening. This entire experience leaves me concerned about the potential damage that may occur during the replacement of the other window and the quality of work that I can expect from their body shop in repairing the damaged hood. I had high expectations for a car at this price point and expected better treatment and workmanship for my brand new car during its first week of ownership. This unfortunate experience has left me disheartened, and I am unsure of the path forward in rectifying these issues. As someone who once considered this car my dream car, I am now left feeling disappointed and uncertain about my purchase from BMW of Arlington. More

This dealership may be great with new cars, but I would ABSOLUTELY not trust them by buying a used car from them. Bought a used vehicle from them that had an engine defect that could not be fixed (reporte ABSOLUTELY not trust them by buying a used car from them. Bought a used vehicle from them that had an engine defect that could not be fixed (reported it to them within a few weeks of purchase). They would not do anything to fix it. Refused to answer voicemails and calls for weeks until finally agreeing to install a new engine at "cost." Which ended up not being true. Avoid this dealership if you want to feel good about a used car purchase and trust that you have a good car when you drive off the lot. Unbelievable to see a dealership so intent on taking advantage of people and not even attempting to fix a defective vehicle that they sold and that had a serious issue when it was on their lot. More
