Came in for recall and advisor claimed parts would be there 2 hours later. Held my car for almost 2 days. Parts never came in. Wasn’t even offered a loaner and when I asked about one, “there was none ava there 2 hours later. Held my car for almost 2 days. Parts never came in. Picked up my car two days later and still need to schedule a recall appointment .Total waste of time. More

It was a little late in the day but they were able to get us in, let us test drive and didn’t rush us out. We worked with Manny and he was fantastic. He did a great job telling us and showing us all the features of the car and made the process smooth and pain free. He and the rest of the team were very respectful of our time and there were no shenanigans like you might expect at a car dealership. I was very impressed with the quality of used vehicles at this dealership. We would definitely buy here again when we need our next car. More
