This dealership may be great with new cars, but I would ABSOLUTELY not trust them by buying a used car from them. Bought a used vehicle from them that had an engine defect that could not be fixed (reporte ABSOLUTELY not trust them by buying a used car from them. Bought a used vehicle from them that had an engine defect that could not be fixed (reported it to them within a few weeks of purchase). They would not do anything to fix it. Refused to answer voicemails and calls for weeks until finally agreeing to install a new engine at "cost." Which ended up not being true. Avoid this dealership if you want to feel good about a used car purchase and trust that you have a good car when you drive off the lot. Unbelievable to see a dealership so intent on taking advantage of people and not even attempting to fix a defective vehicle that they sold and that had a serious issue when it was on their lot. More

I no longer can trust this location. I received the oil change, brake fluid change, and cooling system recall on 7/15/2023. It took me almost 3 hours and the clerk Brenda Garcia is very I received the oil change, brake fluid change, and cooling system recall on 7/15/2023. It took me almost 3 hours and the clerk Brenda Garcia is very rude and impatient with my questions. On the way home, I noticed the heat indicator went up far more than usual and the smoking smell appeared inside my car. I opened the hood and found the coolant cap was completely left open and the coolant fluid spilled all over the engine making a big mess under the hood. I called Mr. Chung right away and Mr Chung sent the technician, Brian S. who was my technician at the store, to come to my house to fix the problem. Brian did refill a lot of fluid and I came back to 2 days later for them to check the entire car. They did not find any problem after the overheat. However, the new technician refilled the fluid up to the cap, exceeding the max level. I had to go to Home Depot to buy a tube to drain the fluid down to where it is recommended. I find that the staff here are very careless and reckless when it comes to taking care of your expensive cars. What if you don’t check after them, you are not a car person you may end up with very expensive repairs from their careless job. I am very disappointed. I’ve called 3 times last week and 2 times and still haven’t heard from my service advisor. The service before my last I was promised a free service. I wanted to get a wheel alignment after I got my bra haven’t heard from my service advisor. The service before my last I was promised a free service. I wanted to get a wheel alignment after I got my brakes done this passed June/July. I was told I didn’t need one. Now my steering wheel is slightly turned and I can’t get in touch with my advisor to schedule the free service. I’ve always had issues with this BMW service center. The best advisors I’ve had at BMW of Arlington were Jesse Parker, Rachelle and Wes. Now all 3 are gone. I wish they come back to the service center More
