However the salesman Andy was very helpful and thorough about the car I purchasing in making the experience an enjoyable one and definitely did not assert any undue pressure. He answered the questions I had at the time. I was able to make an informed decision about my purchase and was very comfortable in doing so. The financing and signing of the documents process was the quickest I had ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. Thank you for turning my unfortunate experience into a delightful one! More

Don't go there if you don't want to be ripped off and your time wasted. I had an appointment yesterday with Sovann Vun at 1 PM for AC service, she told me that I have to leave the car for diagnostics and your time wasted. I had an appointment yesterday with Sovann Vun at 1 PM for AC service, she told me that I have to leave the car for diagnostics and she will contact me by the end of the day to let me know the estimate. I called her yesterday before they close and she told me that they have been busy and didn't have a chance to look at it and that the estimate will be ready today August 8th, 2023. I call her again in the morning and she didn't answer I left a voice mail for her, and she calls me back at 3:20 PM to tell me I have to pay $420 for diagnostics only, even though she told me yesterday that it is $210 for diagnostics but she will waive it. I asked to speak with her manager and he just did not care at all about anything I said. I don't mind paying the diagnostic fees but which one is the $210 or $420 when I asked the manager if the fees apply toward the cost of repair he said no. This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever been through just because of the dealer's greed to rip me off. if you value your time and your money try to go somewhere else. More
My initial sales interactions with Andreas and the sales manager at BMW of Arlington were positive, and I was pleased with how the buying process was handled. However, my experience quickly took a turn for manager at BMW of Arlington were positive, and I was pleased with how the buying process was handled. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The first red flag arose when I received my new $100k car with an empty gas tank. Additionally, upon inspecting the car more thoroughly at home, I discovered scratches on the window. Though they promptly ordered the necessary parts and set up an appointment to replace the window, the next set of issues emerged. When dropping off my vehicle, I observed two people getting into my car to move it, which seemed unnecessary and unsettling. Upon picking up my car after the window replacement, I found multiple scratches on the door caused by the mechanic while removing the panel. Furthermore, during inspection with the service manager, we discovered another window with scratches that need replacement. My disappointment grew as I uncovered additional damage caused by the mechanic's lack of proper protection of plastics and paint while using a pry tool. Three new scratches on the hood, not present when I dropped off the vehicle, were also disheartening. This entire experience leaves me concerned about the potential damage that may occur during the replacement of the other window and the quality of work that I can expect from their body shop in repairing the damaged hood. I had high expectations for a car at this price point and expected better treatment and workmanship for my brand new car during its first week of ownership. This unfortunate experience has left me disheartened, and I am unsure of the path forward in rectifying these issues. As someone who once considered this car my dream car, I am now left feeling disappointed and uncertain about my purchase from BMW of Arlington. More
