I am confused by any of these good reviews. I purchased my vehicle brand new from this dealership in 2019 and I experienced the worst customer service ever since. The new car that we purchased had multiple issues that a new car should new have had, and dealership personnel were always rude and unprofessional and unsympathetic. My husband did not purchase his bmw there, but did service his car there. They routinely over charged him for basic maintenance. More
Mo was very professional. I called in the morning on the status of my car. They said they would call me back. I did not receive a call so I went up at 5:00 and the guy that I called in the morning on the status of my car. They said they would call me back. I did not receive a call so I went up at 5:00 and the guy that helped me was rude. . ( Mo was not there that day). I have been to dealerships in the past and this dealership is so unprofessional. I got a loaner car And it was dirty the seat I had to wipe off, so my mom could sit in the seat. There was trash underneath the seats. After spending a lot of money on my car and the service that y’all provide is a little ridiculous. Going forward, I will go to Sewell in Grapevine, where they treat people the way they should be treated. More

This is now my second time buying from this dealership. The process was smooth and no-nonsense. The deal was negotiated over the phone and online over the course of a day. I would not even bother working with anyone else. They aren’t ’selling’ you anything, the vehicles sell themselves. The help you find exactly what you are looking for at the price you want. They say the people are everything in a business so here’s the first class team that helped in order that I met them. Sterling - Sales. Very professional. Will do great things. Hany - Sales manager. Also an engineer so we got down to the details. A man of his word. Katherine - Finance manager. She was generous with her time and helped us close the process. Shantae - Gave us an overview and intro the vehicle. Very thorough and friendly. Why go anywhere else? More
Communication during servicing my vehicle was horrible. I drop off my vehicle on a Saturday, they let me know that it will be ready by the end of the day Monday. I did not hear from them, I send a message I drop off my vehicle on a Saturday, they let me know that it will be ready by the end of the day Monday. I did not hear from them, I send a message Tuesday to check on the status, they said that a service was not able to be completed because they did not know if the key to remove tires was in the vehicle. It was in there, if they would call or text I would have told them where is was located. More
