Unfortunately, my experience with BMW Arlington was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As an African-American Black woman, I felt disrespected and discriminated against by the manager, Hany, dur incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As an African-American Black woman, I felt disrespected and discriminated against by the manager, Hany, during a conference call with BMW North America Customer Service. Despite being promised an expedited refund for my warranties by the finance manager, Hany's response was shockingly dismissive and rude. He questioned the legitimacy of the promise and made derogatory remarks, not only towards me but also towards the representative from BMW North America. This experience highlighted the racism and unprofessionalism that permeates BMW Arlington. Having purchased two cars from them, I expected better treatment. No one should have to endure such blatant disrespect and discrimination. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership." Please avoid this dealership at all cost!! Also they will overcharge you for documentation fee warranty’s and all aftermarket products. Please stay away from this dealership. They run this dealership like buy here pay here shop. More
