My customer service representative should be fired because he did not keep me informed about the status of my car. The service department had my car for 6 days! Poor customer service! And, I got th because he did not keep me informed about the status of my car. The service department had my car for 6 days! Poor customer service! And, I got the runaround when I tried to get my questions answered on repairs to my car. A 2 day job turned into a 6 day repair job and no one bothered to tell me the status of my car! I had to make multiple phone calls over several days to reach my repair consultant. I ended up talking to his manager this past Saturday after not getting a response for 4 days! Even the manager, after informing him of the unresponsiveness of my customer service representative, did not even call me back this past Saturday to give me a status update. I had to call again this morning to get my own status update. Do not bother taking your BMW here for repairs. They are not ready for prime time. More
I have experience the worst customer service. I had an appointment for a valet an loaner last Tuesday they didn't arrive, they didn't call me to excuse them self. On Friday, I call againto speak with the manager and they told me he was on a meeting, the person that answered the call ask me if he can help me. I told him what was happening and he make me another appointment for today Tuesday, September 10 at 11:30. They send me confirmation number 13030882 and even the name of the driver Mohamed, Mohamed send me today a text message asking me if he can pickup the car earlier, but I was on a doctor appointment. At 11:30 no one arrived my house. So I call the manager, no answer left a voice message that up to now, he haven't responded. Call BMW Arlington service department and ask to speak to the supervisor of the manager. And they told me was not available they were going to-pass him my message. Up to now no one has call me. I have been a client for several years, and this is the first time something like this happened to me . I am a handicap person and I really need them to fix my car. I really don't know how should I call. This is the worst customer service, I have received in a dealer in Texas. They don't call you back when you call them. I won't bought any more cars in this BMW Arlington dealer. More
