I would not recommend this dealership BMW of Arlington to anyone. I knew that my car needed a computer and they charge me $323 to tell me that my car needed a computer. At first the service writer man Reesc anyone. I knew that my car needed a computer and they charge me $323 to tell me that my car needed a computer. At first the service writer man Reesch told me that my car was going To be fixed for the price that they diagnose the car for and it was not. He also assured me that they would be able to reprogram my computer and come to find out that was not true as well. They did you a couple of updates but for that now I have every light on my dash on. And now they tell me my car needs $7000 worth of repair. But they cannot program a computer there at that dealership. So I paid for two wrecker fees totaling over $300 and I paid them Arlington BMW $323. For nothing. I cannot get over how nice they were whenever I was getting the quote and turning the car to them to get looked at but as soon as they found out I was not going to pay $7000 they change their attitude completely And they acted like I was nobody. So I would not recommend that dealership to anybody not after this treatment and this wasted $623. Think twice before you take your car to Arlington BMW. More

Three hours for a simple alignment with an appointment. Plus, they changed all the pricing than what was originally quoted and signed off on when dropped it off. Then the service adviser sent me more quotes for things that were covered under my warranty during my wait. When service was completed, car was in worse shape than when dropped it off. Immediately brought it back was told it would be an hour and half more to fix. Demanded refund and going to another dealership for service. Talked to service manager and she didn’t care as she was dealing with another upset customer like myself with the same issues/concerns. Clearly a pattern for this place. Never going back as it’s the same experience the past three times there. More
