Riley could have done better keeping me informed. When I attempted to call the dealership I was placed on hold extended periods of time. I was disconnected three times. They were asked let down the back middle headrest that was stuck, instead they broke the headrest behind the driver’s seat. Threw the broken parts on my backseat and sent me a bill for over $600.
