The service department only looks for the most expensive repairs and not what is good for the customer!!! The service advisor was clueless and had to keep asking other people for directions! **Poor Customer Service** I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and arrived at 8:27 AM. Sovann Van was the customer agent assisting me. I requested a car check, alignment, and tire rotation. After waiting 8:30 AM and arrived at 8:27 AM. Sovann Van was the customer agent assisting me. I requested a car check, alignment, and tire rotation. After waiting for an hour, she told me they couldn't perform the tire rotation because they couldn't find the wheel lock key (maybe because I declined to replace the front tires?!). Then, I waited for another **two hours**, and my car was still not ready. I happened to see her in the restroom and asked when my car would be finished. She said it was almost done. I waited another 15 minutes and went to her desk again to ask if my car was ready. She said it was nearly done. I then asked if I could pay in advance, and she said OK and started processing the payment. After that, she walked over to the key counter and **accidentally found my car key hanging there**. I assume the mechanics had finished my car a long time ago, and she never bothered to check. She took the key and handed it to the staff responsible for bringing my car out. Check the reviews, this is NOT the first time she has bad reviews It took **over 3.5 hours** just for a car check and alignment. On top of that, **a dealership that doesn't have a master key** and doesn't even recommend how I can get a replacement wheel lock key? Unbelievable! More
