My service advisor was Benjamin Nguyen, he was excellent, my car was in service from Saturday-Wednesday, he always kept me informed on the status of my car by calling. Upon looking at this car I fell in love with it so I decided to go ahead and go for it, a little back story I just hydroplaned during the ice weather in January and hit a wall on the highway totaling my decided to go ahead and go for it, a little back story I just hydroplaned during the ice weather in January and hit a wall on the highway totaling my vehicle, so I was in need of something I had a 2018 Infiniti this was a few thousand cheaper I thought it was a good fit and the vehicle was beautiful, it wasn’t until I started having to deal with the people at the dealership that things took a turn, they stated the vehicle passed a inspection yet could not even drive off the lot bc vehicle was squeaking so bad and not driving right, they stated it had broken struts and malfunctioning control arms which is a huge safety concern for me and my toddler, they stated they would fix it at no cost to me and put me in a loaner car which was nice, but again not the vehicle I purchased. Catherine in finance stated if vehicle repairs take longer than a week we’d resign contract, my mom had to drive back 1 hour to Arlington to sign some papers, prior to signing we asked if there would be some kind of warranty for 30 days in case the same issue occurs due to me hydroplaning in my last vehicle you could understand why I was so concerned, they stated no worries there’s a 24month warranty and Benjamin from service department as well as Adel manager of sales advised me of this and reassured me in regards to that. They stated they wouldn’t negotiate price because they didn’t make any money on the vehicle, which clearly shows they only care about the money and not about the people themselves, furthermore upon receiving the vehicle 3 days later the squeaking came back. I called Benjamin from service on 2/14 and he stated to go ahead and bring the vehicle in. On Monday 2/19 I called and asked when’s the best time for me to bring this in? He said any repairs from this point on will have to come out of my pocket, and said to speak to sales. During this time frame of Feb 1st to Feb 19th Mo Sallah reached out due to my Google review and said he would like to make amends , I emailed him Feb 6th with no response until I reached out again, he responded that he is in Florida and will be back in office Thursday 2/22 but that Kenny will be able to assist me. I spoke to Kenny and he stated there’s nothing they can do for me, he denied the service warranty, the screenshots I provided , the will they wrote with the signature of his fellow manger Adel, he stated he doesn’t know anything about a service warranty, he wasn’t aware of anything Adel said even though him and Adel have been the ones working on it and work right next to each other and each time I came in to the dealership Adel was in Kenny’s office, furthermore I think it’s incredibly disgusting to lie and completely disregard a warranty that I asked for prior to me signing the contract …. The entire reason why I asked for 30 days was to avoid something like this and I was told and printed out a form and signed by a manager, 24 months, which is ALOT longer than 30 days. Instead of doing the right thing they chose to lie and belittle a young woman with a child. I am at a loss for words at how incredibly selfish and greedy these people are and how money really goes to peoples heads so far they forget we’re human beings, my last car hydroplaned. I am scared. I’m sorry I wanted my car to be okay? Now I have to go get my car fixed somewhere and pay who knows what for something I never did to it. I advised I will be seeking questions and answers from a legal attorney to see how to go about this as this is not fair, I just lost my beautiful Infiniti I paid over $3000 down for and I fell in love with this Mercedes because I owned one just like this prior only to be treated like this by a company who makes millions. More

My wife scheduled service for oil change and check for oil leak (oil dripping under car). Customer #357985: Service was scheduled, paid for. ( +/- $2000). Upon review of wife’s receipt, I have found oil leak (oil dripping under car). Customer #357985: Service was scheduled, paid for. ( +/- $2000). Upon review of wife’s receipt, I have found that the first thing on the service ticket was to correct/perform recall on PCV (positive crankcase ventilation). “ 0-Cost”. Remainder of the bill was for new “oil gasket seals” in both oil filter housing and oil pan !!!!!! After calling and questioning the bill for the recall causing the leak I was told that the service supervisor will return the call. IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS and no call. Of all the cars that I have owned in the last 40 years, I have NEVER experienced an “oil pan gasket” failure. All I am looking for is someone to speak to this with me and I do not have time to chase anyone down. My next step will be to call my Mastercard Bank and place the charge under protest. More

The dealership could use some updating. BMW is a luxury brand and the dealership looks and feels really old in comparison to other BMW dealerships in the area. They only offered water, no snacks, no loaner cars, no other beverages. The setup is awkward as well. You have to walk through the employees work area to get to the seating room. It's just an old place. I'll probably only go when I feel like it's necessary or drive across town to one of the nicer dealerships More
