I have been taking my 528I to this exact BMW dealership service dept. for many years and have spent thousands of dollars with them . Unfortunately yesterday I was hit with a snag regarding the noise I have service dept. for many years and have spent thousands of dollars with them . Unfortunately yesterday I was hit with a snag regarding the noise I have been complaining about to them for months since my last visit with Christian. 1st of all he did not meet my needs and expectations regarding the noise my driver front side was making leaving me confused on the service I requested not being attended to. Fast forward yesterday Vun my specialist was notified about my bad experience which totally ignored the fact I have been a loyal customer and wanted my gas tank filled since it was a qtr from E. She first quoted me $235 for my brake fluid to be flushed and my windshield wipers to be replace I was in total shock when the bill was $269 which I didn't mind paying but come on give me the correct amount. I have invest about 8k at this service shop and they have failed me complete . Now if Christian would of attended me correctly and I saw him neglect service that the mechanic was mentioning to him. Maybe I was dressed in my gym clothes but I was totally discriminated. Now my car repairs will cost me 4k to fix. I will never bring this location business ever! -Geo More
Took my PHEV vehicle in on a monday. The hybrid battery would not engage and it can only run off gasoline. Arranged for a diagnostic. The problem was isolated as replacement of the 12v s The hybrid battery would not engage and it can only run off gasoline. Arranged for a diagnostic. The problem was isolated as replacement of the 12v starter battery. I was told it needed to be replaced and this would resolve the problem. $1,616.70 charge (which a quick search, the suggested cost with labor should be about $800). I picked up my vehicle, the hybrid battery was not engaging. In fact, nothing has changed at all, it was no different than when I brought it in. I was assured that all I needed to do was fully charge the separate hybrid battery (at home after leaving) and this would resolve the problem. Mind you, the battery was nearly fully charged, you only need a wall outlet to charge it and they have full access to Type 2 chargers that could do this in 30 minutes, but did not. Of course, after getting home and charging it - nothing changed and it did not work. I emailed the service director Mr. Chuong Nguyen the same night, the man who replies to every 1-star review giving his email and asking people to email him, to imply he will resolve it. He has yet to reply to the email and has not attempted to contact me in any of the other methods I requested he do so in the email. In my situation, I was left with an overpriced bill, terrible service and was completely ghosted when I explained my situation and simply asked them how long they would guarantee their work for. More
This is Truly one of the best Professional Dealership I've been too. And I've been to alot. They helped me in every way possible from transportation to and from the Dealership. He works in the Service Department. He went above and beyond his job to assist me. He kept me informed on everything. He stayed on the phone with my provider for me numerous of times when I couldn't reach them and he still continues to help other customers. He's definitely a BIG ASSET TO THIS COMPANY.
