Took my PHEV vehicle in on a monday. The hybrid battery would not engage and it can only run off gasoline. Arranged for a diagnostic. The problem was isolated as replacement of the 12v starter battery. I was told it needed to be replaced and this would resolve the problem. $1,616.70 charge (which a quick search, the suggested cost with labor should be about $800). I picked up my vehicle, the hybrid battery was not engaging. In fact, nothing has changed at all, it was no different than when I brought it in. I was assured that all I needed to do was fully charge the separate hybrid battery (at home after leaving) and this would resolve the problem. Mind you, the battery was nearly fully charged, you only need a wall outlet to charge it and they have full access to Type 2 chargers that could do this in 30 minutes, but did not. Of course, after getting home and charging it - nothing changed and it did not work. I emailed the service director Mr. Chuong Nguyen the same night, the man who replies to every 1-star review giving his email and asking people to email him, to imply he will resolve it. He has yet to reply to the email and has not attempted to contact me in any of the other methods I requested he do so in the email. In my situation, I was left with an overpriced bill, terrible service and was completely ghosted when I explained my situation and simply asked them how long they would guarantee their work for. More
This is Truly one of the best Professional Dealership I've been too. And I've been to alot. They helped me in every way possible from transportation to and from the Dealership. He works in the Service Department. He went above and beyond his job to assist me. He kept me informed on everything. He stayed on the phone with my provider for me numerous of times when I couldn't reach them and he still continues to help other customers. He's definitely a BIG ASSET TO THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately, my experience with BMW Arlington was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As an African-American Black woman, I felt disrespected and discriminated against by the manager, Hany, dur incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As an African-American Black woman, I felt disrespected and discriminated against by the manager, Hany, during a conference call with BMW North America Customer Service. Despite being promised an expedited refund for my warranties by the finance manager, Hany's response was shockingly dismissive and rude. He questioned the legitimacy of the promise and made derogatory remarks, not only towards me but also towards the representative from BMW North America. This experience highlighted the racism and unprofessionalism that permeates BMW Arlington. Having purchased two cars from them, I expected better treatment. No one should have to endure such blatant disrespect and discrimination. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership." Please avoid this dealership at all cost!! Also they will overcharge you for documentation fee warranty’s and all aftermarket products. Please stay away from this dealership. They run this dealership like buy here pay here shop. More

I told them when I brought my car in that I needed total financing on the repairs then I get there and y’all hit me for 600 and something dollars we’re having to finance then it’s obvious I didn’t have the financing on the repairs then I get there and y’all hit me for 600 and something dollars we’re having to finance then it’s obvious I didn’t have the money so why do you ask for a down payment And I know they say it’s all up to Sunbit will you and Sunbit need to get together and you get this straightened out?
