I've brought my vehicle here several times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. From the moment I arrive, the service advisors often seem annoyed or unwelcoming unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. From the moment I arrive, the service advisors often seem annoyed or unwelcoming. More than once, I've been left standing at the service desk for several minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. Communication throughout the service process has also been lacking. During my most recent visit, I never received a call or update that my vehicle was ready and had to reach out twice myself to find out the service had been completed. What concerns me most is that my vehicle often seems to leave with a new issue that wasn't present before it was serviced. This most recent visit cost several thousand dollars, and just a few days later my check engine light came on. Prior to bringing the vehicle in, that warning light had never appeared. Lastly, the constant sales pressure from the time I schedule a service appointment until the moment I leave, I am repeatedly encouraged to trade in or purchase another vehicle. I'm coming in for service, not to be sold a new car. I expect a higher level of customer service, communication, and care for the amount of money being spent. More
The new service facility is very nice (they just need more outlets to charge devices) and the checkout process was a bit confusing in terms of where to go to pay. Oil change required a little over 2 hours. It included an inspection and wash but still required too much time. The waiting area was respectable. The mechanic who worked on my X5 did not complete the job. I had 4 tires replaced and 1 rim. I now get a error message when I start the vehicle advising me to return the vehicle to the service department job. I had 4 tires replaced and 1 rim.
