The entire experience was excellent. Alex got me a loaner car which was wonderful. My car was done in just a few hours, which was really fast. We as a family have purchased 3 BMWs and 3 other brand vehicles. I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships and gotten service at them in the past, there is no comparison! BMW service managers are s vehicles. I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships and gotten service at them in the past, there is no comparison! BMW service managers are spectacular, Trent is amazing and should be cloned so I can hire him at my workplace! Keep him happy!!! Also, Nathan is a phenomenal sales rep. He checks in with my whole family to wish them happy birthday on their birthday, and asks how we are doing! The customer service here is beyond amazing! More

I have a 2015 BMW that runs perfectly so I just go to the dealership for routine maintenance.
