World Class Service Department I have serviced 5 BMWs over 13 years at Daniels BMW and have had Joe Millington as my Service Advisor since. Joe is the epitome of a what a world-class BMW SA should be - he's honest, always goes the extra mile, is accommodating, and is truly knowledgeable about your specific vehicle. If there were a BWW Service Advisor of the Year award I would whole-heartedly nominate him year after year. A recent addition to the Service Advisor team at Daniels BMW is Dominic Hernandez, whom I recently dealt with while Joe was on holiday. I knew Dominic from when he worked in the Parts department and am glad to see him in the SA role. Dominic is as much of a BMW-enthusiast as I am and he truly shows his passion for the brand through his work. Dominic can consult with you on Dinan and BMW M Performance parts and accessories so it's nice to know your modification ambitions are welcomed and encouraged. This is a great dealership to Wait for service. Good coffee, snacks, water, WiFi, private business center, comfy chairs, and even a kids room. There is also a Shuttle that can take you to/from home/work locally. The loaner cars provided are always clean, under a year old, and diverse (eDrive, 3er, 5er, Xer, sedans, convertibles). The reception and administrative staff is always cheerfully willing to help and even the owner Gary is both approachable and friendly. The dealership throws events from time to time like Oktoberfest and Day at the Zoo too which is kinda cool. I have not landed the perfect deal with the Sales department for a few cars now but I will be glad to give them another chance in late 2018. More

She took time to not only to properly inflate the tires but also the make sure the sensor was reset. All of these done with smile all along and without any cost to me. Thank you! More

My van looks better than new. I dropped my '13 Dodge Caravan off at the collision shop, as my companies insurance carrier has an office there. I had hit a deer two days previously, and although the damage was not too serious, being a leased vehicle made it necessary to get it fixed immediately. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Barb Galvin, I knew I had come to the right place. Everything went smoothly, my rental was waiting for me, and I left the site. My insurance carrier notified me, in less than two weeks, that van was completed, and I arranged to pick it up that Friday. Quite frankly, it looked beautiful, I was very impressed. Again speaking to Barb, she had my report and keys at hand, and with a friendly thank you and goodbye, she handed those items to me. I transferred some items from the rental, and off I went. I wish to thank everyone at the repair shop for an excellent job done. More

horrible service and no customer appreciation Had called the dealership to schedule a part and service purchase and was unable to reach anyone. The parts associate was more than helpful when call was returned an hour later but when transfered to service department I was hung up on and calls weren't answered. When I finally got ahold of someone in parts they weren't able to help me with a simple question regarding fees and then I was transfered to someone authorized, they told me of all the outrageous charges and fees that the dealership has for simple testing. I need to order parts but before I am able to do so I have to be charged $70 dollars to get a one word answer telling me that purchasing the parts was not enough business for them and they would lose money although I pointed out that their part charge was already $50 above retail. More

Jane tracked down Rick Jones, technician who was still there and both of them secured a container of coolant which they gave to me free of charge. Their friendliness, willingness to help and ability to solve my problem quickly was a great reminder why I purchased and get my BMW serviced at Daniels. More
