I live in an area in which there are three BMW dealers within a fairly close radius of one another; not one of them can compare to Daniels in any way. It was my good fortune to have the privilege of working with Mark Sackett, one of the finest salespeople in the industry. Mark listened carefully and worked very diligently to ensure that I would leave Daniels as a pleased customer. His depth of knowledge and his level of professionalism are characteristic of a human being of the highest caliber. While I worked most closely with Mark, one cannot leave the facility without the impression that the Daniels organization is comprised of many individuals of a similar nature as Mark - all of whom, as a team, have only one goal in mind - 199% client satisfaction. If you are shopping for a new car, you are doing yourself a grave injustice if you do not visit the dealership. It truly has no equal. We are very fortunate to have a world-class BMW facility right here in Pennsylvania - Daniels. I travelled the 60 miles from the Philadelphia area based solely on the comments which I read on this website; I am certainly happy that I did. More
Today, December 28th I took my car for Service - I got in with no wait, and a car was ready for me to use while my car was with them for Service and when it was ready they called me and again with no wait I with no wait, and a car was ready for me to use while my car was with them for Service and when it was ready they called me and again with no wait I walked in and was able to pick up my car - looking clean as if I just got a new car and the Service Advisor was so helpful and patient with me and attended to all my request and answer all of my questions, I could not have asked for anything. I must say I always receive the best service from Daniels BMW, which is why I always travel from Washington, DC and make my appointments and business and I shall continue to do so. They always are very nice and show their customers a lot of respect. And they do not ignore you after you buy their car - if anything they treat you with more respect. In addition to the service, my X3 is amazing when it comes to bad weather. I feel as if the car takes control and gives me the comfort to feel safe. Because of the Customer Service and the well performance of the BMW, I must say the price of the car is well worth it!!!! And because of it, I plan to stick with Daniels and recommend them to everyone and anyone. More
Over a recent weekend, I had a problem with my certified used BMW 328i while on business calls. Three of my four doors would not unlock, nor would the doors open. It was embarrassing because my passenger and I were forced to enter and exit the vehicle via the driver's side door, and on one instance we had to climb in through the window. Being a busy businessperson, I stopped by Daniels BMW the following Monday afternoon while in the area. When I explained my problem, one service person told me to talk to a person behind the counter. The person behind the counter told me to talk to a service person. When I expressed my frustration, the person behind the counter took me to see Eric Taglioli. I could tell that Eric was busy, and it appeared that they were not taking any more service calls because it was close to the end of the workday. However, Eric immediately recognized that I needed help, as I could not continue operating the vehicle if the doors would not open. He scheduled my vehicle for immediate service. Eric offered me coffee and a snack, which was much appreciated. It took only an hour to diagnose and fix the problem caused by a fuse. Eric had the car cleaned. His decision to allow me to have immediate service rather than wait several days for an appointment was the right one. I am very pleased with Eric and Daniels BMW as a whole. More

Within 30 minutes the service manager, after consulting with the my sales consultant, called me back and offered a toubleshooting tip which eventually resolved the problem. I was amazed at how the team was activated so quickly to resolve my problem. More
I called Carrie Zedar on a listing for certified preowned BMW last week and she immediately responded.
