My wife and I recently moved back to the Lehigh Valley for a job relocation after 6 years in the New York City area. After doing a lot of online research we wanted to test drive a new 328xi and started at for a job relocation after 6 years in the New York City area. After doing a lot of online research we wanted to test drive a new 328xi and started at Daniels BMW in Allentown, PA. The receptionist (very friendly) introduced us to Brad who would become our client advisor. Brad was very courteous and immediately offered a test drive in a similar configuration 328xi. I had asked my good friend and his wife to come along as they had recent car buying experience and Brad was more than happy to have the four of us pile into the new vehicle for the test drive. After returning from the drive and feeling satisfied with the handling and response from the vehicle, we sat down with Brad to ask the tough questions and go through our options. Although we are very flexible (I'd like to thing we're not push-overs) I had a very good idea of the packages and basic config (trim / engine) that I wanted. Brad helped us locate the vehicle and went through what it would take to reserve the BMW if we wanted to pursue the purchase. Throughout the entire process Brad was transparent and very helpful. We were even able to lock in the current rate along with the BMW + dealer match discount which put us under MSRP (very happy with this of course). Brad worked with us by holding the vehicle while we finished the paperwork we needed to transfer our drivers licenses and insurance to PA. Overall our experience purchasing our new car from Daniels BMW was fantastic. There is no doubt in my mind that Brad Gerhart made our experience as good as it was. Brad was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Before we arrived at Daniels (and based on stories from friends) I had in mind that the sales staff might be aggressive and/or very pushy. This view couldn't have been further from the truth! I look forward to working with Brad and continuing our relationship with Daniels BMW for years to come. More

Daniels was a great place to buy my first BMW. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and unassuming. I bought my Black Sapphire BMW 650I from a doctor outside of Philly last year. I live near Dick Horrigan BMW in Reading, PA and cannot simply deal with those RUDE people over there. I drive an hour to Daniels whenever I need service because of my SA Gelsey Lorish. She is the nicest most respectful person I have ever dealt with. Super helpful, knowledgeable and will go out of her way. I didnt buy my vehicle from here but that should not warrant me from a good BMW service experience from a fine dealership and that is exactly what I love about Daniels. They take care of me and I feel good about dropping my car off there and paying the service. More

There was an issue with the service on my car. I called quite upset and the above named employees jumped through hoops to address it. They then went beyond that and fixed several things that they weren't responsible for covering and charged me for a only a small part of it cost. To tell you that it was a pleasure having a problem solved in such a professional, customer-centered way is an understatement. They turned what was a very upsetting situation into a very satisfying experience. I have always been a big fan and this makes me an even more ardent one. More
