I live in NH and was in PA for training and on my last day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels BMW online and called and got Debbie, she went out of her way to call the Tow Company as I was quite upset still. The tow truck came and I was greeted by Debbie with a big hug,she told Joe one of their finest Service Advisors what the situation was and that I needed to get home that night. It was about 3:45pm on a Friday and the dealership closes at 5pm on Fridays. Joe got 3 techs to stay and he stayed as well...Joe brought us up to get some dinner while we waited..and they got the job done in about 2.5 hours. We were on our way back home to NH and it was such a pleasant experience in such a bad situation. THANK YOU DEBBIE AND JOE! They are lucky to have you! Heather T More
I am BMWCCA member for many years and true car enthusiast. I called BMW Daniels out of state and gave them an offer on the rare M5 that they accepted and gave them credit card deposit to hold t enthusiast. I called BMW Daniels out of state and gave them an offer on the rare M5 that they accepted and gave them credit card deposit to hold the car for a week. They listed the car as a CPO on their web page which was incorrect but I decided to get the car anyway since it was a low milage collectors car and the price was fair. I bought the non-refundable plane tickets to pick up the car in few days. Two days before I was supposed to pick up the car, they faxed me a final purchase agreement but they increased the previously negotiated price. BMW Daniels never admitied that they changed the original negotiated price and pretended that the increased price was the one that we originaly negotiated. They did not want to look at it as a possible mistake from their side, they were simply pushing me to accept the price "because someone else is waiting to buy the car". Although I wanted the car badly (I searched for such a car for 5 months) and could easily afford the car at their increased price, my moral standards and integrity did not allow me to do so (of course they sold the car to someone else immediately). If they asked even much higher price in the very beggining I would have paid them since I wanted that particular car. Worst experience in my 28 years as a car owner and true enthusiast. And believe me, I am very flexible and understand that dealers have to do their job. I will send the letter to the BMWNA regarding this incident. I still can not comprehend how dishonest this dealer was to me. I guess the answer is simple: greed. More
The sales department is the best I've ever dealt with, but the service department at this dealership is to die for. The service people and technicians are the friendliest, most honest and attentive ca but the service department at this dealership is to die for. The service people and technicians are the friendliest, most honest and attentive car people I have ever encountered, so much so that I own two beemers. I cannot say enough, when compared with every other dealership and service department I have had dealings with (I'm 56) Daniels is in a class by themselves. More
