There were no high pressure sales talks or pressure to purchase any additional options. Although my purchase was for a pre owned auto, the vehicle was in excellent condition. I am very happy with my purchase. Even though I live in Connecticut and traveled 340 miles roundtrip to purchase the car, Tony made the process pain free. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family members. More
Brought my X3 in for service on 10/10. A week later anti freeze low. Was told by the service dept that the tech may have not been able to get an accurate level as the car may have been hot when I bought it freeze low. Was told by the service dept that the tech may have not been able to get an accurate level as the car may have been hot when I bought it in. I went into Meineke to get that topped off. A week after that the windshield washer fluid froze. I was told that the solution was mixed with water but some customers can request a more concentrated solution. Tech told me that it is not uncommon for the fliud to freeze. Here I am driving in the middle of snow storms on wintery roads with no washer fluids. I guess I can always take buy a couple of windex and take it along with my ultimate driving machine. I wasted all the fluid when the soapy fluid melted and bought some of my own. Danielle wants me to give them excellent for customer service when they have no idea what the term entails. Even when I went into service, I had to greet my advisor as he pretended not to see me. WOW..... way to go! More

I did not have too much prior information about Daniels BMW prior to my experience but I will say that I am very satisfied with my sales experience with Daniels BMW and my client advisor, Tony Malgapo. My trip to Daniels BMW was 2 hours and Tony made sure that there was not any hassle or wasted time upon my arrival. He offered me refreshments and gave me a tour of the facility. Afterward, my paperwork was all ready to go and he went over everything so I had a clear understanding of my finance and warranty options and what I was signing. On the way home, I had to travel through some inclement weather. Tony even called me later on that day to make sure I got home OK and how I liked the car considering the conditions! Overall, I felt very much at home dealing with Daniels BMW and Tony Malgapo considering that my make/model purchase was a different make than what Daniels BMW was selling and there was no discrimination against me for that fact. Overall, I'd recommend Daniels BMW and Tony Malgapo as your client advisor. More

I have owned my 2011 X5 almost a month now. The experience of ownership and driving a BMW has only been enhanced through the efforts of Daniels BMW and my Client Advisor, Dick Hughes. When I first experience of ownership and driving a BMW has only been enhanced through the efforts of Daniels BMW and my Client Advisor, Dick Hughes. When I first made contact with Daniels via the BMW USA website, Dick answered all my questions and even extended an invitation to the BMW Ultimate Driving Event on June 26. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend. If I had, I would have earned a $1000 Bonus Certificate good towards the purchase of my X5. My bad! When I did make it down in early July, my wife and I took a test drive with Dick, then we sat down and ordered an X5 xDrive35D with all the options we wanted. And even without the bonus, Daniels gave us a great price. The whole process went smoothly. Everything from financing to delivery in late August was handled promptly and professionally by Dick Hughes. When we took delivery, our X5 was waiting out in front of the BMW Center. After we did the necessary paperwork, Dick took us out to the car and did a thorough orientation on the features and operation of the X5. I was glad that he spent the extra amount of time he did, rather than leaving us to wade through the 300-page manual. A few days later, Dick followed up with a call to see how things were going. I told him the X5 was awesome and I was interested in ordering a couple accessories - a cargo mat and a sun visor. He took care of everything again. When I went down to Daniels to pick up the accessories, he had my X5 washed (it was dirty from it's first road trip to the Finger Lakes) and then brought me in to the Parts Department to pick up my order. In closing, I can't say enough about Daniels BMW and Dick Hughes. They really go above and beyond the norm when it comes to customer satisfaction. They are professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. They make buying a BMW the ultimate experience. More
