I have had my 325i serviced at Daniels for many years with Joe Millington as my service advisor. My phone calls are always answered or returned promptly and he is always very respectful of my time and schedule. No waiting when I arrive with my car and always finished when promised. 124,000 miles and my car runs like brand new! Everyone at Daniels is polite and feirndly and gives 100% to earn and retain your trust and business. I would never take my car anywhere else for service. I was impressed with the way the salesperson Carrie Zedar handled the entire process. I had left to look at another car that I was considering. At the other dealership I could not even get in touch with the handled the entire process. I had left to look at another car that I was considering. This is not acceptable in day and age with so many forms of communication at your finger tips. There was no pressure but most important Carrie goes out of her way to be available by way of email, cell, and text. I called her directly from the other dealership and she promptly secured the keys for me so that I could give it a second look before I decided. Carrie is a professional and a personable salesperson which makes the buying experience top notch. I will definitely contact Carrie first for my next BMW. More
