I live about 4 hours from the dealership, after speaking with Dick Hughes extensively about the car, I decided it was worth my time to take a look at this car. Upon arriving at a very open and friendly showroom, I was greeted warmly and offered fresh hot beverages. It was a nice surprise to find a modern sleek automotive dealership when most have a cold,tasteless decor. Mr.Hughes was quick in his response to my arrival. We went out,I found the car to be better than described in every aspect, from paint to interior the car was mint. My local bank had made an error in my loan application, so I had applied and was approved through BMW-America, My bank upon realizing the mistake, offered me a loan at twice the interest rate as BMW. I am unable to appropriately describe the extreme level of detail paid to every step from the test drive to final signing of paperwork, other than to say Superb. They have called me to verify I am still satisfied with my car, which I am completely. When the time comes to purchase another BMW I will be taking the 4 hour drive to Daniels. More

My trip to Daniels BMW was 2 hours and Tony made sure that there was not any hassle or wasted time upon my arrival. He offered me refreshments and gave me a tour of the facility. Afterward, my paperwork was all ready to go and he went over everything so I had a clear understanding of my finance and warranty options and what I was signing. On the way home, I had to travel through some inclement weather. Tony even called me later on that day to make sure I got home OK and how I liked the car considering the conditions! Overall, I felt very much at home dealing with Daniels BMW and Tony Malgapo considering that my make/model purchase was a different make than what Daniels BMW was selling and there was no discrimination against me for that fact.
