Instead she was very informative about the vehicle, what was available, and left everything up to me. She even helped me secure a very popular car within a week after its arrival, despite numerous other interested customers. She allowed me to test drive a new BMWZ4 to make sure I liked it and said she would be on the look out for a used Z4 since trade-ins come in from time to time. Because we had a 3 hour drive to get to the dealership David sent us all of the necessary paperwork so we could show up at the dealership and drive right out. I have never had a car purchase go so seamlessly or easily. She is outstanding, very attentive to detail, gets things done ahead of time and makes every transaction simple and uneventful. The only thing exciting about the process is the new BMW (but I suppose that is exactly how it should work). Her favorite words are, "not a problem". I work with many sales professionals and Carrie ranks very highly among anyone I've ever dealt with, for all the reasons I mentioned as well as the fact that she really wants to get me the best possible deal and wants to make sure I'm happy with the entire process. From first meeting her at the show room, to test driving, selecting a model, discussing price and making reservation, Carrie had been very personable, yet professional in helping us reaching decisions. Come delivery time, we were pleasantly surprised in seeing our new car parked in a room adjacent to the lobby all by itself with a large print sigh on the door "This BMW is Reserved for ......". It was a happy moment which was also recorded for us in several pictures she took with her smart phone. I purchased my first certified used 2005 BMW Z4 with 8200 miles April 16, 2007 and drove the car for 50,000 miles, until I traded the car back to Daniels BWM September 30, 2013 for a certified used 2011 BMW Z4 with 8100 miles. Went looking for a particular used BMW that was advertised by the dealership. I was introduced to Greg who took several hours to explain features of the car and also the brand since I never owed a advertised by the dealership. I explained to Greg that this was a surprise for my wife and he was very accommodating to help me with the delivery. When I returned with my wife, Greg spent many more hours going over the features again with her well after the dealership had closed.
