Do I rate Daniels BMW highly? My new X6 xDrive50i is the 18th BMW from Daniels. I've never had a BMW from Daniels delivered with defects - ever! That in itself is pretty amazing. We found our vehicle on line and immediately fell in love with it. We requested a test drive through the website and we were contacted by Mrs. Kay Reed the very next morning. The phone call was very polite and professional, and Kay was so eager to met with me at my convenience, and I thought that was very cool. At my arrival at Daniels BMW, I felt welcome and I didn't know I was about to make a friend. Kay was so warm and polite to my and my mother and she answered all my questions about BMW cars, even explained to me things I about the car I wouldn't know. She is such a knowledgeable and professional person and my experience overall was fun and exciting. My husband and I are extremely happy with the service and the vehicle but most of all, the experience working with Kay. We definitely will be back and we will request her services again. My husband Lou surprised me by buying me a BMW as my wedding gift. I had always wanted a BMW as I have found that there is NO other car that is better than BMW. We live in NJ and after going to a few local BMW dealerships and being disappointed with every one we went to for their lack of customer service, We decided to wait a little while before continuing the search for the perfect BMW, well at least I thought we did. One day Lou came up to me and said he had a surprise for me and took me into my laptop so see a 2006 BMW 325i 6 speed manual blue in color (Blue is my favorite color and Lou knew that I really wanted a blue BMW). That same day we called Daniel's BMW to talk to them and to make sure that the car was still available, we were put touch with Carrie and decided to drive the hour to go see this car so that Saturday we did just that. As soon as Lou and I walked in we were greeted with big smiles by the whole Daniels BMW team and asked if they could get us anything to eat or drink. Carrie was busy with another customer so instead of making us wait another sales rep named Bill said that he would take us on our test drive and then when we got back Carrie would be waiting for us. Bill made sure that both Lou and I got a turn driving the car and that all of our questions were answered and just as he told us when we walking back into the dealership there was Carrie and we were again greeted with a smile. Lou and I were so impressed and found it so refreshing to have finally of found such a wonderful dealership, and that is why that next Saturday we went and picked up our BMW! Daniel’s BMW gives you all of the information you need and ask for without being pushy and “just trying to make a sale” like so many dealerships do. I hope that you find this review helpful and give Daniels BMW a chance when you are looking for a new or used BMW. I originally posted because I had issues with my 2002 BMW and brought it in to get serviced. Not to point the finger of blame but in the beginning I did not have a very good experience AT ALL with my service and brought it in to get serviced. Not to point the finger of blame but in the beginning I did not have a very good experience AT ALL with my service tech, Todd Simpson. He may work for some, but for me I did not enjoy working with him. I went through a very long & tiring process of trying to get matters resolved with my car. I would not say the entire dealership is bad, quite the contrary, their work quality is exceptional and after dealing with the GM, Bill Stoekcel, I eventually left a VERY satisfied customer. Kelly at the fron desk was very consoling and reassuring to me, yet, I did not work with the other associates as I cannot rate them. I was upset I was not offered water or coffee or felt treated completely on the same level as a person who comes in with a 3 piece suit, but, Bill and Kelly were two people who did resolve my matter and made me feel like a worthy customer after my $5,000 car bill, which is a lot for a 23 year old young man even for BMW. They treated me fairly in the end, even despite me going through a lot of strife, so I am being fair in my review that I was not pleased with the couple of associates I worked with in the beginning or thru the processs, like Todd, however, again, in the end they treated me right and I left satisfied. There are pros and cons to every business. Luckily, they tried to reverse my negative experience (mostly because of my determination) and did a great job in the end. More

Great experience! The service advisor, Ethan, and the tech, Luke, that worked on my car (M6) were professional, knowledgable and friendly. Both took time to explain what was needed and what was done.
