Having dealt with Daniels for the past 9 years and just purchasd my 3rd car which Dick made,I hate to say it,a pleasure!!! The KING PIN as far as I and my wife are concerned is Dick Hughes. He is our link to Daniels we can not imagine them without him!!! From the receptionist to the service writers etc. etc. they ae all to be complimented on how they perform. Absolutly First Class. More
My 530XI was out of warranty so I decided to try and save money on service by using a 3rd party facility. I had persistent problems with handling after having my brakes replaced. They replaced my bushings, money on service by using a 3rd party facility. I had persistent problems with handling after having my brakes replaced. They replaced my bushings, breaks and I even put four new tires on. The shimmy was still evident. I brought the car into Daniels with my head hanging for sure. Ethan and team fixed all my issues and the car rides like new again. Good service, fair price and I am now back to using my Dealer for service again. I learned that there is a lot to BMW factory authorized parts after all. Thanks Ethan. See you in a year. More
My husband and I went to Daniels BMW for service and ended up in sales (long story). It was a very complicated process but turned out great at the end. Webster Lingle, service manager and Todd Simps ended up in sales (long story). It was a very complicated process but turned out great at the end. Webster Lingle, service manager and Todd Simpson, our service advisor, were both very helpful and accommodating. Throughout the entire time our car was being serviced, they communicated with us frequently and kept us abreast of what was happening, for which we are extremely appreciative. When we later went on to sales we had the good fortune of meeting with Dick Hughes, sales advisor, who continued with the same excellent customer service Webster and Todd had shown us. Dick was very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He took the time to explain all the features of the new car to us and answer all of our questions. With employees like Webster, Dick and Todd, Daniels BMW is certainly the place to service and/or buy a car. More

I have had my car serviced here before, and I noticed a reduction in power after the recall service. Also, the service indicator was never reset after an oil change. No loaner car was provided.. I was invited by e-mail to the 2012 BMW 3 series test drive event today (March 24th). This was a scam to get my demographic information. After registering, I waited an hour and a half for the sales person to tell me that they sold the 335i that they had for the test drive event. What did I see as I drove off? 335i sedans with dealer tags being test driven. Today was my last visit to this dealer. As far as I am concerned, they have no credibility. More
I got my car from Daniel's back in 2009 and have been coming back to get it serviced regularly. They have a caring & friendly staff. I'm always able to get the time/date that I want and a loaner car read coming back to get it serviced regularly. They have a caring & friendly staff. I'm always able to get the time/date that I want and a loaner car ready for me when I request it. My experience at this dealership has been great. Also, Carrie is an awesome Sales Advisor. She went above and beyond in finding the car that I wanted for the price that I wanted. She genuine and understood my needs. She didn't pressure me into buying or getting any options that I didn't want. She made the car buying more relaxing and I would highly recommend her. More
Our experience was nothing but the best with Daniels BMW and their sales team. Sarah and I are young (20/21 years old) to be walking into a BMW dealership and driving a car that proves our age (Beat-up Chev and their sales team. Despite our age and car, Dick Hughes and the rest of the Sales team took care of us in every way possible. Nothing we asked of them seemed like a hassle, and they made us feel like part of the Daniels BMW family in a matter of minutes! Every person in the dealership that I came in contact with in the process of purchasing a new 2012 535i xDrive made the horrid chore of Dick Hughes. This is not my first experience dealing with Dick Hughes, and he has always been, and still is, the consummate professional, and at the same time treats you like a long lost friend. He knows BMWs like no person I have ever known. Nothing is too big a chore or a problem. I have also had the pleasure of previously dealing with both Joe and Webb in the service department and they are the greatest. They both have been there for quite a few years and they know their stuff. They almost make you wish for a problem so you can take your car in; I said almost. More
