I've purchased more than one new BMW from them. The last BMW has had nothing but mechanical issues and it is not even 2 years old yet.. No matter who I turn to, I get the run around. BMW has 12 "rules" they are supposed to follow when dealing with a customer, this dealership doesn't follow them. The are deceitful and will tell you whatever (but never follow through) just to get you to stop complaining. Meanwhile, you are stuck with a very expensive vehicle that you are afraid to drive. I gave them a rating of good for friendliness because during most of my ordeal, they have been friendly while they were stabbing me in the back. I will not buy another BMW after this experience and I would not recommend this dealership. More
My car died on the highway at about 4:30pm on a Friday while I and my son were en route to New Jersey from Western New York. The BMW roadside service identified Daniels BMW as the nearest dealer but they while I and my son were en route to New Jersey from Western New York. The receptionist was wonderful and helped me get a rental at the LVI airport; she also let me know that it would be Monday before anyone could look at my car. My car was assessed and repaired and ready for me to pick up early Tuesday morning and I could not have been happier with the emergency service. Todd, the service representative assigned to me was extremely helpful and informative. I could not have had a better experience given the nature of my introduction to Daniels BMW of Allentown. More
1st BMW purchased 2011 328i X-Drive. Our Salesman Greg and your Finance person couldn't have done more to make us a happy customer. The disappointment is the qualify of the car delivered. New or Used a BMW should be delivered in better condition. There was no wax on this vehicle nor was there any great detail done-this is a BMW. We spent an entire day to reach our standard of the way a vehicle should be -- we clay bar, waxed 2-3x, vacuum, detailed interior/exterior including the leather and engine. More
From when we first walked on the lot through the finalization of the purchase, this was a fullfilling experience! She was very patient with my friend and myself in making an important purchasing decision. She answered any and all questions that we had about the cars and the purchase options we would have to make this dream come true! I was also impressed with the presentation she gave about the service department area and the service that would follow the purchase of the car from this dealership. That was a "plus" as well, since service is also an important consideration after the purchase. We certainly were made to feel most comfortable and at home with this dealership and such a knowlegeable sales person! On Saturday, June 29th, I became the very proud owner of a 2012 328i--WOW--I'm still pinching myself! We were going out to look at a few more dealers, and my friend suggested that we stop at Daniels; we never got any further. Kay Reed is the sales rep who spent literally hours with us as we test drove three different cars. Kay is unlike any salesperson whom I've encountered over the years. She is genuinely friendly and outgoing but not pushy. Her enthusiasm for the product and the dealership is more than refreshing. She spent time with us getting to a price with which I felt comfortable. At the end of the four hours, I felt like Kay was more of our friend than a sales rep. Also, Kay spent even more time with me helping me learn all the interior workings. She synched my cell with the Bluetooth; programed my kids' numbers into the speed dials, and taught me how to use the Sirius radio. It was an AWESOME experience! More

From the first time I met Kay Reed, I felt as though I had known here for years. As I began my new car search, I visited several other BMW dealerships, but in the end, it was Kay's personality and dedica had known here for years. Kay and the sales manager at Daniels BMW worked with me to negotiate a price that was fair for all involved. I was very grateful for the patience and attention that Kay gave to me during the whole process. I was extremely impressed with Kay's professionalism, courtesy and overall sparkling personality! I could not be happier with my new X3 and with the experience Kay provided to me. She contacted me on her days off. She kept me in the loop about the production status. I like Daniels BMW and MINI on many levels. I live a mile away from another BMW dealer and drive 50 miles to Allentown to buy from Daniels for the following reasons: 1. Carrie Fortune. I have bough mile away from another BMW dealer and drive 50 miles to Allentown to buy from Daniels for the following reasons: 1. Carrie Fortune. I have bought 2 new MINIs and 3 used BMWs from Carrie. She finds me the pick of the litter when I am buying a used car and always gives me a better price and trade in value on either new or used cars than I can get near where I live. I know enough about car pricing to know how much profit is in most new and used cars, and Daniels' pricing is very reasonable. Carrie is a great ambassador of that philosophy. She also does all the little extras that makes customers feel that they're appreciated, and she remembers everything about their family and likes and dislikes in vehicles. Nothing is too much for her. You couldn't ask for more. I have sent several friends and acquaintances to her, and all have sung her praises. My wife lives her. 2. Other personnel. The other personnel are also very friendly, and they can't do enough for you, even when they know you are another sales reps' customer or are otherwise not patronizing their department that day. It is obvious that there is an esprit de corps among all employees, and it's not an act. 3. Service. Service is also very efficient. The work is done right, and your car is ready when they say it will be and costs what they said it would cost, unless they run into a problem, and, then, they tell you what it needs, what it costs and when it'll be ready. 4. The physical plant. The store is neat, clean, well organized and attractive with TV's, computer docks and WiFi. It gives you the feeling that they know and care about what they're doing. 5. Coffee. They have the best coffee and treats, free, fresh and readily accessible. I stop there for a cup when I'm in the area, even if I'm not there to buy anything. They know they'll get it back from repeat business. In short, Carrie is a great sales rep, and Daniels is a nice, enjoyable place to buy a car or accessories and have the car serviced or repaired and accessories installed. More
