We were looking for a very rare CPO BMW and found one half way across the country at Daniels BMW. We went through Greg Clarke for getting several photos and a thorough description of the car. Greg's service over the phone and ability to quickly obtain high quality images (including dropping the car on a lift to show us the undercarriage) was unsurpassed by any other BMW dealer in the nation we contacted. Eventually what sold us on the car was Daniels BMW (and specifically Greg Clarke's) level of service and ease of communication. My wife and I flew out from Denver at 7am MDT on a Friday. We were picked up at the airport by a Daniels BMW rep, test drove the car, and were on the road by 4pm EDT that same day. Throughout this time Greg was a conscientious "Car Guy" cleaning up small spots that detailing missed and giving us a good deal on accessories. By Sunday evening we were back in Denver with our new X3 and even more in love with it than we were when we first sat in it. We would not hesitate to purchase from Daniels BMW again, even with a 25 hour drive in between. More
We began our search for a car for our soon-to-be 16 year old son, while picking up our Mini Cooper from the service department at Daniels BMW, and we were approached by Jane Billig. We explained to her that we were looking for a used, 4-door sedan with all-wheel drive, and she put us on her list to let us know if anything came in fitting our needs. Within a couple of days, Jane called with a good fit, but we didn't react in time and someone else purchased the car. Two days later, on a Saturday, as we were driving to Ohio to see our daughter, son-in-law, and two of our grandchildren, she called again, with a 2001 BMW 330xi. The perfect car! We were able to place a deposit on the car over the phone. When we went to see the car on Monday, Jane was in a training session in North Carolina, and she had Carrie Fortune take care of us in her absence. Carrie was great! She is very personable and professional, and passionate about the BMW brand. She took us through the process to finalize the purchase of the car, and off we went. Over the next few days, we noticed that we were having trouble starting the car. I called Carrie, and she did a great job managing our situation to our complete satisfaction. This was our first experience with Daniels BMW and their team, and we WILL be repeat customers. We are Raving Fans! More
We went to Daniels BMW to "look" at cars. Upon entering the facility we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist who introduced us to Natalie as all "sales staff" were busy helping customers. Natalie informed us that she was new but was eager to help us. She took us into the lot and showed us the car that we were interested in. She asked us a few questions to see where we were at in the car seeking process and was very professional in doing so. Her mannerism was very comfortable and natural and she allowed us to give the direction as to how far we went with the sale. Natalie showed us three vehicles and took us out to experience each one allowing us enough time to evaluate it's performance. She listened to our wants and needs and never made us feel that she was pushing us to the sales desk. As a matter of fact the entire sale took place in the main lobby sitting comfortably among the sofa's talking casually and getting to know each other on a more personal level. She introduced us to her manager, Rich, who also made us feel like we were old friends. We never felt pressured to make a decision or choice and eventually ended up purchasing the car of our choice for a price that we all felt comfortable with. It made us feel good to learn that this was Natalie's first car sale! She was such a pleasure to deal with. The entire team including the finance guy, Joe Grazer, made us feel relaxed and comfortable with everything. They add a personal touch to their customer experience. We have bought many cars over the years for ourselves and our kids, but have never had the experience that we had at Daniels BMW. They get an A+ from us and we will be sure to recommend them and Natalie in particular to our friends! Thank you for making this purchase easier than we thought it would be. We are so thrilled to have our first BMW and happy to have been Natalie's first sale. More

We gave the rating of 5 (excellent) because Jane Billig was extremely professional. Not a high pressure car salesperson that one normally finds at car dealerships. It was such a pleasant experience. She was there for us and demonstrated professionalism throughout our looking and purchase. We must say that anyone who has issues with car dealerships needs to go to BMW Allentown... it was such a great experience. please know that we have purchased Audi's and Mercedes and never had this top professionalism that was shown here. As a matter of fact, the Mercedes Dealership was down right rude and we have never been back there nor will we ever go back to them. We WILL be back to BMW Allentown !!! other dealerships need to follow in BMW Allentown's footsteps. People will remember how they were treated and will go back .... Always heard that it was a great dealership and it is! I've purchased more than one new BMW from them. The last BMW has had nothing but mechanical issues and it is not even 2 years old yet.. No matter who I turn to, I get the run around. BMW has 12 "rules" they are supposed to follow when dealing with a customer, this dealership doesn't follow them. The are deceitful and will tell you whatever (but never follow through) just to get you to stop complaining. Meanwhile, you are stuck with a very expensive vehicle that you are afraid to drive. I gave them a rating of good for friendliness because during most of my ordeal, they have been friendly while they were stabbing me in the back. I will not buy another BMW after this experience and I would not recommend this dealership. More
My car died on the highway at about 4:30pm on a Friday while I and my son were en route to New Jersey from Western New York. The BMW roadside service identified Daniels BMW as the nearest dealer but they while I and my son were en route to New Jersey from Western New York. The BMW roadside service identified Daniels BMW as the nearest dealer but they and the on-site Hertz rental service would be closed by the time I was able to be towed there. The receptionist was wonderful and helped me get a rental at the LVI airport; she also let me know that it would be Monday before anyone could look at my car. My car was assessed and repaired and ready for me to pick up early Tuesday morning and I could not have been happier with the emergency service. Todd, the service representative assigned to me was extremely helpful and informative. I could not have had a better experience given the nature of my introduction to Daniels BMW of Allentown. More
1st BMW purchased 2011 328i X-Drive. Our Salesman Greg and your Finance person couldn't have done more to make us a happy customer. The disappointment is the qualify of the car delivered. New or Used a BMW should be delivered in better condition. There was no wax on this vehicle nor was there any great detail done-this is a BMW. We spent an entire day to reach our standard of the way a vehicle should be -- we clay bar, waxed 2-3x, vacuum, detailed interior/exterior including the leather and engine. More

She was very patient with my friend and myself in making an important purchasing decision. She answered any and all questions that we had about the cars and the purchase options we would have to make this dream come true! I was also impressed with the presentation she gave about the service department area and the service that would follow the purchase of the car from this dealership. That was a "plus" as well, since service is also an important consideration after the purchase. We certainly were made to feel most comfortable and at home with this dealership and such a knowlegeable sales person!
