My van looks better than new. I dropped my '13 Dodge Caravan off at the collision shop, as my companies insurance carrier has an office there. I had hit a deer two days previously, and although the damage was not too serious, being a leased vehicle made it necessary to get it fixed immediately. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Barb Galvin, I knew I had come to the right place. Everything went smoothly, my rental was waiting for me, and I left the site. My insurance carrier notified me, in less than two weeks, that van was completed, and I arranged to pick it up that Friday. Quite frankly, it looked beautiful, I was very impressed. Again speaking to Barb, she had my report and keys at hand, and with a friendly thank you and goodbye, she handed those items to me. I transferred some items from the rental, and off I went. I wish to thank everyone at the repair shop for an excellent job done. More

Jane Billig "The undisputed best sales representative" I had a very positive shopping experience at Daniels BMW. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by the receptionists and were helped within a I had a very positive shopping experience at Daniels BMW. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by the receptionists and were helped within a few seconds by Jane Billig, who assisted me in getting a 320i XDrive to test drive. The route for the test drive was beautiful and provided a good mix of highway and local road driving. Jane answered any questions i had regarding the vehicle. I had a very enjoyable and fruitful negotiation with Jane and the sales manager who was also very helpful in the process. The next few days, I bought the BMW 320i XDrive which was cleaned and prepped already by the time all of the paperwork was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Jane Billig at Daniels BMW dealership to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. Jane is Best, go there and see for yourself!!!! More

Amazing Experience! This was my first experience purchasing a BMW. It could not have gone better since I had the pleasure of working with Jane Billig and Rick Mugione. . She was courteous, friendly, and most importantly, answered all my questions whenever I called (and I had a ton of questions). Jane made sure this was as easy as possible for me. The whole staff could not have been nicer and a shout out to Rick for making the paperwork pressure free. It was obvious he was looking out for me and not trying to push a bunch of unnecessary products. This was a great day for me and it could not have been possible without the staff of Daniels BMW. Susan was the best! Great and painless experience! I started writing this big long review on how super fabulous Susan was as our client advisor and realized this is about how great she was and not abo I started writing this big long review on how super fabulous Susan was as our client advisor and realized this is about how great she was and not about me. As I was reading some of the other reviews I noticed that we were just like the person who never really considered purchasing a BMW prior to this purchase. We started looking around and chose to go to Daniels because it is close to home. From the time we walked in to the showroom until we drove off the lot with our new 2016 x3, Susan was super awesome. I started bugging her when it was 3 weeks about delivery of my car. But one reason I emailed Susan was due to the hurricane down south. Susan was extra patient with me which I loved. She said all was good and I should have it within the week. Well she was correct, I did. We ordered the vehicle Sept 19th and we drove off the lot with our x3 on Oct 19th. Thank you Susan soooooo much for your assistance before, during and now after our purchase. And thanks to Daniels BMW I will certainly recommend Susan and the dealership if I ever have the chance to do so,, I am loving my new car. As a master of fact, we just came home from a day in State College, my husband got to use all the new options on the car and he loved it. Nice ride too!, More

Excellent Transaction and Super Saleswoman! I have bought many cars, but this was by far the easiest process from start to finish. I live over two and a half hours away so I really wanted to co I have bought many cars, but this was by far the easiest process from start to finish. I live over two and a half hours away so I really wanted to conduct 95% of this process via email, not phone and not in person. Daniels and Susan espcially were more than willing to accomidate my request. No pressure, no back and forth, just straight foward anwsers to my questions and concerns. When I did go in, it was to just do an apprisial and see the car. Went perfectly love my car and love Susan what a joy to do business with. Thank you all! More
