Ashley, my salesperson, went beyond my expectations. This was truly the best car buying experience, I have ever had. Ashley took the time to explain all of the features that were in the 5 Series that I purchased and set these features in the new 5 Series. Ashley then made it a point to convey to my wife that if we ever experienced a problem in figuring something out, she would go into a 5 Series, videotape what needs to be completed and text the video to us. That is truly customer service at its best. I will be buying nothing but BMWs from this point forward, from Ashely at Daniel’s BMW. More

Worth the drive! We purchased a new BMW from Daniels in 2011 and based on that experience, drove over 100 miles and passed two other BMW dealers to shop at Daniels. Our effort was greatly rewarded as the experience exceeded all of our expectations. Eric Kunkle greeted us in the parking lot as my husband and I were looking at the large selection of vehicles. Not 100% sure of what we wanted to buy, Eric began by asking us some questions and then encouraged us to sit in and eventually drive several vehicles. Eric was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, funny, and very patient. Ultimately we purchased a 2016 certified pre-owned 535i. We found Eric and all the staff at Daniels BMW to be helpful with this process especially Gary Albanese, the used car sales manager and would highly recommend Eric Kunkle to friends and family. More
