Prior to my visit I had positive communications online regarding the car in which I was interested. We were welcomed upon arrival and received exceptional service from Carrie Fortune--from the moment we viewed the car, took the test drive, worked out the details of the purchase price (along with her manager), and ultimately made the deal. One week later I picked up the car and once again received personal service from Carrie as she gave me detailed instructions regarding the use of the car's features/options. It was an extremely positive experience--unlike many others I've had in the past. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do, but I felt like a valued customer at Daniels! She allowed me to test drive a new BMWZ4 to make sure I liked it and said she would be on the look out for a used Z4 since trade-ins come in from time to time.
