Dan was impressive with the effort he put into closing the deal, and Dave's knowledge about the product helped ice the deal. Dave has been very helpful even after the sale, answering questions. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone who is interested in purchasing a BMW, whether it is their first or tenth. The dealership is a beautiful facility, and all of the staff I dealt with excelled at their craft. Also had the MPPK upgrade installed, and the service department did excellent work. Last month I saw the car I wanted on Daniels BMW Website. Placed a call to the dealership and spoke to Dave Hackett. Dave was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I knew I wanted the car! I drove to Daniels from Blue Bell, Pa to Allentown that afternoon. I just jumped on the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike, and I was there in no time. Dave showed me the car, I drove it while Dave talked about the "Ultimate Driving Machine"! The car is a 2008 BMW 328i and it drives and looks brand new! Sold! Dave was the "Ultimate Salesperson"! Our salesman, Dave Hackett, highly recommended that we do this and we are so glad that we followed his recommendation. The entire experience was top notch, from getting training from professional racecar drivers to driving THEIR test cars on the race track and around the skid pad. I feel like I have never known the capabilities of a car like I now know a BMW. I have so much more confidence when driving than ever before. The only expense that we had was our transportation to the airport and then to drive our own vehicle back home. They picked us up at the airport, put us up overnight at the Marriott, gave us dinner, and breakfast and lunch the next day. Plus we got to go on a tour of the factory to see SUV's being made and then on to the BMW museum. It was a fabulous experience and we hope to do it again when our lease is up. This is a MUST do experience for ALL new BMW customers! More
