Each member of the team I worked with at Daniels (Tony Genao, Joe Grazer and Rick Mungione) was polite, knowledgable and a serious professional. Most of my interaction was with Tony, and he is top notch. Daniels should offer training classes to some of the other local dealerships. They clearly are a notch above. The BMW brand is well represented by the Daniels team. I look forward to many more years of excellent service on my new 550xi at the hands of Joe Millington. Joe, get your "do not wash" sign ready! Purchased a CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport I visited Daniel's BMW on 05/13/2017 to look at a 2016 BMW 328i xDrive and a CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport. Eric Kunkle was the Client Advisor who I visited Daniel's BMW on 05/13/2017 to look at a 2016 BMW 328i xDrive and a CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport. Eric Kunkle was the Client Advisor who helped me inspect the cars and then test drive them. I ended up purchasing the CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport and couldn't be happier! I have had good and bad dealer experiences over the years, mostly bad, and I have to say this was a wonderful experience! I was coming from a little over an hour drive away and hadn't had any prior experience with Daniel's BMW. I was delighted that I made the trip and found the exact car that I wanted and had a great overall dealership experience. Eric was very laid back and not pushy and I got a a genuine caring vibe, not a salesman just out to extract the most money out of your pocket (previous experiences from dealerships near where I live). He was very knowledgeable about the cars and what I enjoyed the most was that he took his time and didn't try to rush through going over the options or cut short the test drives. An awesome touch was even after I agreed to purchase the car (great deal!) and got through the finance department, Eric had still stuck around (40 minutes after the dealership closed) so that he could show me how to pair my phone with the Bluetooth on the car. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Eric! Another very nice thing, before I was about the drive off in my new car, Eric pointed out that there were some curb rash on the back-driver’s wheel that I could bring the car down another time to have polished out at no cost. Rick in financing was excellent to deal with as well, when I told him the annual mileage that I drive, he even said that it would not be worth buying the extended maintenance because I wouldn't hit the miles that I would have to get things replaced. Very honest and straightforward and I was extremely pleased. I'm not a fan of sales pitches and nonsense and I didn't receive any... An overall wonderful dealership experience! I would definitely purchase a future car from Eric, Rick and Daniel's BMW and would recommend them to anyone. Jeff More

We got a great deal on the car, and made some new friends in the process. Both Gary and Clint assisted and both were perfect gentlemen.... There were no hard sales on extras, there were answers to every question we had, and we completed our initial test drive and delivery of the car on a single day -- a Saturday no less. Ease and friendliness of purchasing a vehicle from Daniels Great experience and ease of purchasing a vehicle. Was interested in a vehicle I saw online. Emailed Tony to see if the vehicle was still available, a Great experience and ease of purchasing a vehicle. Was interested in a vehicle I saw online. Emailed Tony to see if the vehicle was still available, and if so, I was going to be stopping by to check it out. Tony emailed me back to say it was available and that he would make himself available to show me the vehicle whenever I stopped by. I stopped by and met with Tony, he took me on a test drive and then had my trade-in vehicle evaluated. Tony then worked up a cost including my trade in value. Tony was great, never pressured me to purchase. Told him I was going home to "sleep" on it. Since I really loved the vehicle and the costs where "close" to my budget, I emailed Tony back that night requesting to see if he would work with me in order to meet my budget. Tony then revised the costs to help me meet my budget. Went back the next day to purchase the vehicle and they had all the paperwork ready and waiting for me to sign. In and out within 1 hour! A very friendly and professional dealership. Highly recommended! More

In looking for my latest car I was following an advertisement placed by Daniels BMW for a preowned 2016, 228i xDrive. While my wife and I were looking at the cars available we were greeted by Ashley Alderfer,, and I thought to myself OK, here comes the pushy sales person. Not so, Ashley was a breath of fresh air, answering questions and completely demonstrating all of the features of the car including riding in the back seat of a convertible for a test drive with the top down. I did not intent to purchase a car that day but after a brief sales process we agreed on a price and we purchased the convertible. I was impressed by many features of the Daniels experience from the greeting by the receptionist, the capabilities of the services department, the information provided in the sales process and the efficiency of completing the transfer. Most of all, however, I was impressed by Ashley, her personality, professionalism, knowledge of the car, follow up and the time she spent explaining every feature were greatly appreciated. More
