The service department lied to our faces after making us wait more than 24 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Jeff Fritz told us that although we made an appointment for an oil change, that the appointment was to sp wait more than 24 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Jeff Fritz told us that although we made an appointment for an oil change, that the appointment was to speak with a service representative—not for an oil change? Even though the website clearly states the appointments are for next day service. To get our car back we had to physically go into the service department and demand they actually do the work. Unbelievable. We still do not have our car back. Do not go to this dealership for service! More
I brought my 2 month old 2020 M4 to the dealership to have the two right wheels replaced and alignment done. I wasnt going to file a claim at first with my insurance because I had the warranty on the whe have the two right wheels replaced and alignment done. I wasnt going to file a claim at first with my insurance because I had the warranty on the wheels and tires and the service department made a quote for me for about $2100 to replace two control arms. At this point I called my insurance company and they came in and audited their assesment of work and the service department overcharged me by about $800. After that they then charge me for 2 alignments on the car which were 350 a piece and then when I got my car back they didnt even vacuum or clean the car and also didnt have the plastic covers on the seat or the floor. On top of that, they forgot to put my hubcap back on one of the wheels that wasnt even replaced. I asked my rep if he would do the 2nd alignment for free since I just spent almost $90k on a car and they overcharge me for the service ansd they would not do anything for free. AWFUL SERVICE AND WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!! More
Do Not Take Your Vehicle for Service Here!! I own a 2013 BMW M3 and I took my vehicle in for a routine break flush and everything quickly went downhill from there. My car began going into emergency mode (limp mode) and after 4 visits to the dealership they could not find the cause of the issue and explained everything was working well in my car . On my 5th visit, noting there was still an issue, they found that they had OVERFILLED THE BREAK FLUID and it was causing an error on the brake booster sensor. They said they were going to repair it and, a couple days later, I receive a call from them explaining my ENGINE SEIZED. After some back and forth BMW of NA replaced my engine, assuming responsibility since it was their techs servicing my vehicle. Sounds like a good turn of events but the day I pick up my car MY HEADLIGHT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IS FULL OF MOISTURE AND INOPERABLE. When I talk to the manager about it the issue he said they already replaced my engine (as if it was my fault) and they WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE FOR ME. Mike Hook was extremely disrespectful and I can't imagine how someone like him would be in a position of managing people after seeing how he treats a customer. If you value your vehicle, DO NOT BRING IT HERE. Unfortunately, this experience makes me rethink buying another BMW in the future. More
Incredibly bad-- Dishonest Service I took my car into this dealership because a rock was stuck in my car. I was worried it would damage my tire and so I had it towed into this dealersh I took my car into this dealership because a rock was stuck in my car. They did not have the "right type" of person there that day, so I had to leave my car and they gave me a loaner car, which I had for two days but it sat in my garage (we are in lock down in COVID) except for me taking my son to play tennis one day. When I returned the car, it was in the exact same condition as when I picked it up, except there was dust from the tennis court from my son's shoes on one of the back seat floor mats and where his feet touched the back of the seat. It was light dust-- VERY easy to wipe off and had I seen it I could have wiped it down. I turned it in no issues, and while there was nothing wrong with my car, I happily paid the $220 diagnostic fee to make sure there were no other issues. The next day I received an additional $250 "CLEANING" fee for the dust on the floor mat. I called the dealership-- of course could not get anyone one the phone who could assist and then finally spoke with a manager at one point who literally argued with me about their cleaning policies. Given COVID-- I would fully expect that all cars are at LEAST wiped down and vacuumed. It makes NO sense that you would charge someone $250 for dust in the back passenger seat of a loaner car that I would expect you to clean especially during these times. The guy proceeded to tell/yell at me "I'm trying to help you, but you don't understand that we don't vacuum!" It got to the point that my husband has literally never seen me flustered on the phone like that and someone yelling at me and took over the phone call. This was a pretty unbelievable experience-- definitely do not recommend this group. More

Poor Quality Service I dropped my 01 540i M-Sport off for service three weeks ago. Finally, got a call to pick up. Bill was less than I expected. Car pulled around, sounded great and I was preparing to drive off. Told need a new brake light, went to parts and ordered. Came back car no longer running. Turned key battery dead...I just paid for a new battery and requested BMW check for electrical short. Obvious car diagnostics were not done. Total scam dealership. More

Two damaged M vehicles Service has previously damaged two of my M vehicles. Both vehicles valued at over 100k new. I have dashcam videos of both incidents which include gross negligence and disregard for their customer's property. One of the two incidents shows them revving the engine excessively in traffic and breaking speed limits while taking my car to and from the grocery store. Both Service director and General manager, including a corporate representative refused to make me whole for the damages (DV), time off that I had to take off, and refused the use of a service loaner during the repairs. The most they offered me was internet wholesale pricing on parts that I did not need. The GM Levant Inal- Service Director Todd Hartje have extremely disappointed me in their unwillingness to compromise. More
