We recently acquired our first BMW. Upon searching for the nearest service center, BMW Albany is one of the closest to Dothan, AL. My service was completed in about 2 hours. The lobby was comfortable and Tori kept me apprised of the status of my service. I appreciated the inspection video from the Service Advisor - Daniel Wakeham. It’s helpful to hear the results directly. Even though the wait may have been longer than normal I appreciated the thoroughness and friendliness of the service. staff. We will definitely return for future service. More

My X5 needed new tires they ordered them for me over the phone and scheduled date & time for install. I arrived at time scheduled and was greeted by a friendly staff.
