The service manager is a bold face liar. He looked me in my face and lied up and down about what he heard his service writer say to us. Then his service writer proved him to be a liar. I own 2 BMW vehicles right now and I can promise you BMW OF ALBANY will never see a penny of my money again. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or have your vehiclw service DO NOT TAKE IT TO BMW OF ALBANY, they are thieves and liars. BEWARE!!!!! More

Very poor customer service. The car was delivered with no gas (computer indicated 1 mile of fuel), smeared interior windows, dirty glove compartment, dirt on edges of carpet. The delivery driver was pleasant and obviously upset. Further, I had asked for delivery on 11/2,3,or4/17 due to my wife's scheduled surgery but both Kieth and Rob said the driver would leave on 10/29/17 and would deliver the car by noon on 10/30/17. The driver said that no one told him of the time frame and he was late causing us difficulty. The dealer refused to even pay for the gas, gas can, and fill up stating that they had not made enough profit. Additionally, the salesman stated that delivery would be included in the price and Karen, during the closing of the "deal", refused to honer the saleman's included delivery and charged me $375. Kieth also added a $500 doc fee saying it had been deducted in the "deal" (even though he did not know the selling price and also did not deduct the $1000 I put down on the car) and said he had to include it on the selling document "by law". Rob was very upset by the condition of the car on delivery and said he would send me a gift certificate (which never happened) but that management would not acknowledge any responsibility. More
