Ongoing poor communication Sunroof on my wife’s 2017 X5 would not close. Made appointment with Tori despite her saying that it is something we could probably fix on our own. Th Sunroof on my wife’s 2017 X5 would not close. Made appointment with Tori despite her saying that it is something we could probably fix on our own. The next available appointment was 10 days away. The plan was to pick the car up in the morning. They did not come get the car until about 1 PM. They did not look at the car until the next day around 3 PM. This was a Friday. They then called around 4 PM saying that parts had to be ordered and would be in the following Tuesday. When trying to reach the service manager, the receptionist kept saying that he was busy and would not put me through. When asked to leave a voicemail message for the general manager, the receptionist stated that she would but transferred me to a line that did not have voicemail. We have purchased over $200,000 worth of new vehicles over about the last year and a half (M3, X5, m235i convertible) from this dealership. The service communication gets worse every time we interact with them. I had to finally reach out to my sales person Rob Roy for help and being able to contact someone. He was very helpful as usual. I have told this dealership repeatedly that when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, likely within the next 6-12 months, I am being compelled to go to a different dealership. The way the system is currently set up is that they will call you when they are good and ready and block you from contacting them. Always having to leave voicemails or be diverted through multiple means by the receptionist. They call you and tell you that they’ve been busy. You ask why That you made an appointment for a particular day 10 days in advance and they don’t look at the vehicle until more than 24 hours has passed. I wish I could say this is a unique interaction, but it is the status quo at this service center. More

Service felt is horrible The service department is straight up HORRIBLE! I took my BMW in for several recalls and when I picked it up I had issues that wasn’t there prior to d The service department is straight up HORRIBLE! I took my BMW in for several recalls and when I picked it up I had issues that wasn’t there prior to dropping it off! Prior to taking it to them I had no issues. My car was fine there was no noise no complaints. Now when I’m driving I hear a loud clicking sound coming from under the hood. I proceeded to take it back to them and all they could say is it doesn’t have anything to do with what they did to my car. Wasn’t accommodating at all! Acted as if it was my fault! There is no way I am going to allow them to get away with this I will be contacting the VP, CEO, General Manager somebody will FIX my car! I WILL NOT STOP until it is fixed! More
