Ridiculous First, tori (service advisor) is great so nice to work with! I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM to get the spark plugs replaced and have the radiator flu First, tori (service advisor) is great so nice to work with! I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM to get the spark plugs replaced and have the radiator flushed. They took me to work and told me they should have my car ready by 3:00 and would deliver it to me. At 4:30 I had not heard anything so I called the showroom. The receptionist (very nice girl) told me that they were working on it but it wasn’t ready and would not be ready till after 5:00 (which is when I leave work to drive 40 miles home). I didn’t get in my car to leave the place till 5:40. Which is absolutely insane seeing as they got my car at 7:30AM!!! the people in the office were nice but if you drop off your vehicle and go to work for 9 hours you shouldn’t have to wait even longer to get home More
