IRRITATED I WAS TOLD WHEN I SCHEDULED MY OIL CHANGE THAT IT WOULD TAKE 1.5HRS AND TO BE THERE AT 8:30AM. AT 10:OOAM I CALLED AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER I WAS TOLD WHEN I SCHEDULED MY OIL CHANGE THAT IT WOULD TAKE 1.5HRS AND TO BE THERE AT 8:30AM. AT 10:OOAM I CALLED AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER HR ATLEAST. I GOT A CALL AROUND 12NOON THAT IT WAS READY. I WAS LATE TO MY DR'S APPOINTMENT AND GOT A TICKET TRYING TO GET TO MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. More

bad customer service I had an appt. for an oil change at 10:30 a.m I called at 2:30 to check on my car, and was told that it was not ready. At 5:00, I got a ride to pick I had an appt. for an oil change at 10:30 a.m I called at 2:30 to check on my car, and was told that it was not ready. At 5:00, I got a ride to pick up my car and it still was not ready. If it take that long to get an oil change, please have me a courtesy car next time or at least call and let me know what time I can expect that it will be ready. More
