There was a little paint issue with my cae,but they are take I will give this dealership 5 stars because if there is a problem they have always fix it for me !! Thanks again Albany Motorcars!! Good service but issued with condition of car I was very happy with the customer service I received but once I got home with picking up my car from BMW, I noticed there was cigarette ashes both in I was very happy with the customer service I received but once I got home with picking up my car from BMW, I noticed there was cigarette ashes both in the passenger seat and floor. Then, as I started looking closer at the interior, I also noticed there was black stains around where the key is inserted into the dash. Finally I found a black stain on my drivers side floor mat which was the biggest issue since it will be difficult removing it. I DO NOT smoke in my car nor do I get in it with greasy hands or shoes! So, with that being said, I have not contacted BMW of Albany but will make sure to mention this the next time I am in there. More

I am of the opinion that I was sold an agreement that was a catch all for the exterior but now its not. I will not buy another warranty to cover parts and labor for a used car. More
Trucar Driver hit my wife's 2017 Rogue(13k miles/which she loved) on side and totaled it. But she was not hurt and wanted to try to find another like it. We found one on Trucar almost exactly like it at BMW Albany. Talked to Blake Wills who e mailed me all the info/records, etc., so we drove the 100 miles to look at it. Super clean, just like her old one, did a test drive with Blake....Great no pressure salesman, and even greater on follow up. More

I have a 2017 BMW with 10,300 purcha My visit started off with excuses as to why it might take long, the service department is really busy, etc.... I have a 2017 BMW with 10,300 purchased from Albany BMW and as I was driving on the Interstate my engine light came on and I was not happy. Being the vehicle was purchased from Albany and I was only an hour out I decided to take it there thinking they would cater to my needs. I arrive around 10:30 and left hours later (around 4) with the comment, it was a program issue, sorry. Thanks to my awesome sales rep Mr Roy, who found me a vehicle to go get food and who talked to calm me down as I was not a happy customer. More
