repair took way too long. Two trips to service dept, for a total of 30 days, before vehicle was correctly repaired. Second trip lasted 3 weeks.....way too long. I do not feel this is the fault of service manager but of management for not equipping service department with their needs. I spoke with Curtis and he was very receptive and attentive to my complaint,,,,,his counterpart was not. Mercedes is a fabulous vehicle but until basic issues are addressed, I can not recommend this dealership AT THIS TIME. possibly in the future, when the dust settles More
